@Panorama1, same case tyo, ang naiisip ko i-submit yung screenshot ng SSS online ko as second proof, which is inattach ko sa last 2017 assessment ko sa ACS, pero not sure din kung pepede kaya ipresent yung SSS online record since recorded nman doon yung history ng employers at binabayadan ni employer yun, meaning connected ka sa kanila? Sana may makasagot sa atin.

Please disregard my question above, iniscan ko na lang para sure, sinuyod ko lugar ko makahanap lang ng internet shop na may scanner hehe.

Anyway, another question po.. dun sa skills assessment requirement na "CV/Resume", yung ilalagay ko po ba na JD's per company sa loob ng resume, eh same JD nung naka indicate sa referral letters ko from my employers? Dapat po ba copy paste ito at walang variations?

Hi guys. Sino nakapagpare-assess na? Kasi nung gagawa na ako ng new application sa same account ko before. May tab ata dun na experience, then nakalagay yung previous experience ko and then walang document ang naka-attach. So nung nag add ako ng experience (same job pa din).. hinahanap yung attachment ko dun sa previous... may naka-encounter na ba nito? Anong nilagay niyo dun sa attachment ng previous experience? Yung employment reference dati?

@barricade sa case ko iniba ko lang ng kunti yung mga roles at responsibilities sa CV. Dapat kasi kung ano yung actual mo ginagawa ang nakalagay sa CV. Yung nasa reference letters kasi medyo broad yung pagkakasulat. Ibahin mo lang ng kunti

Guys, nung nag email ako sa ACS if pwedeng payslip lng ang masubmit for Payment Evidence, eto reply sakin and if pwede pa ma use ung previous Statutory Declaration ko since may minor changes lng nmn like company name.

Magtry ulit cguro ako magtanong saknila.

Guys,

Ung sa 7.4 Statutory Declarations and Affidavits

The declarant must provide their current contact details and at least one of the following as evidence of their working relationship with the applicant:

· Employment certificate/statement of service on official company letterhead
· Leaving certificate if no longer working at the same company

so meaning ung manager/supervisor na nagsign ng Stat Dec need nya get ng COE? Panibagong pakikisuyo ang ggawin dito.

tama @izanagi. need ng colleague mo ng COE din as proof na nag wwork sya sa company same sayo.. by the way mag papasa ka din? confirm ko lang ndi na tlga need ng CTC (certificate of true copy w/ attorney or notary)? original document nalang po iuupload tama po ba?

@RheaMARN1171933 I worked abroad for a couple of years. Is it okay to request for employee reference and its certified copies then asked them to mail it to me? Is there any special stamp needed? Or okay lang na imail nalang to me as is ung both original and ctc?

Also everyone who is applying for assessment, did you submit ALL payslips? Or just a few of them? Do the payslips need to be certified true copies? With stamps from issuing organization or thru notary lang?

@dmnmtthw checkout the new ACS guidelines as far as I know hindi na required na naka CTC yung mga documents. Original documents na daw yung iuupload. For stat dec, required pa din naka notaryo.

For me, ang prinepare ko for payment evidence, ITR and ilang months lang na payslip.

Hi Guys, I had my ACS assessment last March, but then in between I had to look for new job/company dahil sa retrenchment. Do I need to submit new assessment sa ACS again and comply sa new guidelines para lang ma include ang current company?

@udonggo , pagkakaalam ko pag Stat Dec required parin ng notary pero ung ibang docs nde na, original copy ang need mo iscan. Mgsusbmit ulit ako kc expired na ung ACS ko

Guys, san pwede pagrequest ng ITR? Pwede kaya magrequest sa previous company? Or sa BIR na to? If sa BIR may contact info ba kayo?

@TheRealMe24 , if may ACS outcome letter ka na and if nde ka na naghahabol ng years of experience feeling ko no need na magsubmit ka ulit. Wait ntin reply ng iba.

@Izanagi if di na makakapag provide ang previous company - alamin mo nalang kung saang branch sila nag fifile ng tax.

Response ito sakin from BIR.
If you need ITR - they recommend na tumawag to verify some important details as validation of your identity bago sila mag process.

Hi @Izanagi 5pts lang ako sa experience ko, pero if wala pa invite, sayang din ung additional 5 points for next year.. so I am confused. though, thanks sa pagrespond.. let's wait for other's insight. :)Also, as per School sectioning, my University is now on Section 1. that gives me 15 points, i guess.

@gelangel, madali lang magpasa ng new assessment. Yung process ngayon is ililink mo lang yung new assessment sa previous one. Matic na yun makikita mo na sa acs pag login mo. Kung magdadagdag ka lang ng panibagong work experience hindi mo na kailangan na iupload ulit mga evidence dun sa mga previously na na-assessed na na work experience. Ganun ginawa ko. Kakakuha ko lang ng result kahapon. Buti na lang at hindi ako inabutan ng bagong rules.

Hello po. Ask ko lang po, may sample template po ba kayo ng statutory declaration or affidavit na pwedeng magamit for ACS? Yung previous company ko kasi, hindi nagbibigay ng job description sa Certificate of Employment. Thanks!

Hello guys,

Ask ko sana kasi ma-eexpire na ACS ko this Feb 2020 and last July pa ako naglodge ng EOI. Kelangan ko tlga magpa re-assess? Pwede kayang hindi na? Walang nagbago sa lahat ng details ko doon, same company pa rin up to now.

Appreciate all your responses. Sana maliwanagan ako kasi pag nag update EOI baka magbabago DOE ng EOI ko kasi ibang assessment mangyayari.

Maybe this could help. May mga specific ANZCO occupations po na designated to Engineers Australia. And with respect po sa telecom ito po ang ANZCO occupations na EA po ang assessing body :

Telecommunications Engineer (263311) including specialization
Telecommunications Network Engineer (263312) including alternative titles
Telecommunication Field Engineer (313212)
Telecommunications Network Planner (313213) Telecommunications
Technical Officer or Technologist (313214)

pero baka nga po may iba na nakagawa po mag pa assess sa ACS na nasa telecom. wait na lang po natin sa ibang sasagot.
