Question 2: Same stat dec gawin either ang pipirma ay manager ko o senior colleague na same job ko but sa ibang team?
Question 3: iyong stat dec po ba ay dalhin ko sa lawyer ang senior colleague ko then sya at ako then ang lawyer ang pipirma sa ginawa kong stat dec?

hello po... ganito po ang gagawin ko sa status nyo...
First, I would get all COE from all companies. So the COE will be in company letter head. COE should contain Your Full Name, Your Position, Period kung kelan ka nagwork sa kanila, working hours, salary, job tasks. Dapat naka-sign dito yung designated person to sign company COE.
If the company does not provide COE with job tasks but has the other details, ask the company to provide a letter why they cannot provide this dapat in company letterhead pa din. You must then submit an affidavit (for phillipines only) detailing why the company cannot provide the job description or other details and then i-detail mo na dito yung job tasks mo... dapat third party ang gumawa nito... meaning yung manager or lead mo... so cla yung dapat ngstate ng affidavit affirming na nagwork ka nga sa company, your position and job description. Pa-pirmahan mo sa kanya then pa-notarize. pa-CTC after everything.
ganun lang po... same rule applies to all other companies.
