My RSMS 187 DS visa + family has been approved today. 🙂

Timeline:

Sept. 26, 2012 - 457 visa approved

Dec. 20, 2012 - started work

Aug. 9, 2016 - Employer Nomination submitted

Aug. 31, 2016 - RSMS 187 DS application submitted

Feb. 14, 2017 - Nomination approved

Feb. 15, 2017 - RSMS 187 visa approved

MA said 4-6 months processing and she was right. Good luck to all who applied. Be patient and keep praying! God bless!

04 Aug 2014 - arrived in Perth

02 October 2014 - dependents followed

22 June 2016 - asked company for possible sponsorship

                     before completing 2 years.

08 Aug 2016 - completed / submitted all documents through MA

                    ( afp, nbi , evidences for english language  etc . )

09 August 2016 - completed medicals ( Bupa Perth )

14 Sept. 2016 - ENS 186 visa lodge

@User - I have submitted an EOI for subclass 186. Mech Engr po ako but Im 44 yo na kaya medyo knapos na sa points for 189/190. May questions po ako at sana mapaliwanagan nyo ako dito.

(1) Ang status po ng EOI ko ay like below. Kailangan ko po ba na i click na ang "Apply Visa" button o kailangan muna may Employer job offer/nomination invite?

(2) Kung kailangan po ng employer job offer/nomination invite, saan po pwede mas madali makakuha?

Hello po sa inyong lahat! May tanong lang po sana ako if sino po nakakaalam if pwede po ba ako inominate ng employer ko 186 - Direct Entry stream or Agreement stream. I am currently on a student VISA. Maraming salamat po

@Bux It depends if there is a labor market agreement between your employer and DIBP. If wala, then you can go into the direct entry stream.

for 457 visa transition to 186 visa requirements, my employer sent me a list of all the requirements needed and a bit confused here <i class="Italic"><b class="Bold">"Police clearance certificate for any country lived for 12 months or more since the age of 16 (including Australia) (for each applicant)."</b></i>

are they referring to Police clearance? or NBI clearance?

Hi all,

Newbie here.

Hindi lang po ako familiar about visa in Aus.

Basically Im base in SG right now and company will be relocating me in Sydney.

Hindi pa namin na didiscuss about type of visa ang dapat iapply sakin. Since aware naman sila na gusto ko isama ang wife and mga anak ko.

Question is, ano visa dapat ibigay nila sakin And do I need to take IELTS?

@lawrence1227 usually, may mga migration agents na affiliated sa company that will facilitate the visa for transfers. You should talk to your employer. May mga underlying issues kasi like yung timeframe kung kailan yung expected nila na magstart ka working in Sydney. Tapos kung permanent basis din.

Hello! Question po, meron po ba ditong under visa 186 na nagtransfer ng employer? So basically nagresign from previous employer na nagsponsor ng visa 186 then nag-apply sa iba? Would like to know if that is possible at kung may nakagawa na nun? Thanks in advance sa makakasagot.
