Hi new in the forum, I am mainly interested on finding employers open to visa sponsorship. Just wondering how you found yours? If willing lang naman mag-share hehe. Thaaanks :smile:

Hello po, offshore or onshore? Try to check sa seek, indeed, linkedin or any jobs application platform po. May mga companies na they offer sponsorship during the application pa lang and nakalagay mismo sa post nila. Also, depende sa employer po if they will provide agad-agad or you have to stay sa company for months or years before they can decide about the sponsorship. Try your luck and send many applications kase swerte-swerte din makahanap ng sponsorship.

Nag apply ng apply lang ako boss. Sa mga online websites like Seek. Gawa ka din ng LinkedIn tas lagay mo credentials mo doon. Be honest lang sa creds, baka pag mang hingi sila ng proof tas wala kang maipakita, lagot yung future mo.

Mag handa ka rin sa sarili mo na marami talagang rejections and mga "muntik na" moments, pero darating ang tamang offer para sayo. 🙂

Hello mga kabayan, my employer is willing to sponsor me after my probation period. I am a System Analyst under Medium and Long Term skills currently onshore.

I checked that I can hold 482 - TSS with pathway to PR but me and my husband are thinking if pwede ba mag 186 DE since I have ACS assessment and more than 3 years working experience.

Any insights what are the chances for 186, will it be more difficult for the employer?

Was this even offered to you guys before when employer said they are willing to sponsor?

if 186 DE is in the offer, then take it. 🙂 employer mo lang makakasagot kung alin (482 or 186) ang comfortable sila to offer you.

Hellooooooo! Mostly ng mga nababasa ko dito, sagot ni employer yung visa fees nila. Pero meron ba dito na sila mismo ang nag-cover ng visa fees, as in out-of-pocket? :smile: moving na din yung process nung sakin. Kaka-lodge lang ni employer ng nomination last week. Nakakakaba pala talaga :#

Ako out of pocket. Este, out of pocket ng ate ko, so yeah, technically, di out of pocket ko haha shrugs

Hi, as long as may nomination na when you lodge the visa, that should be okay.

In my case po, 2 weeks ung approval for employer nomination.

Sakin 3 weeks na, wala pang approval huhu. Mas matagal kaya if non-accredited yung sponsor?

Also, does anyone know kung possible ba marefund pag nakapagbayad na ng visa fees? Since nakapag-lodge na ng nomination si employer, gusto ko sana hintayin muna approval nun before ako mag-lodge ng visa para maka-sigurado 😅

Hello po. Magtatanong lang po sana ako kung may way to be sure na legit po yung employer natin? 🙂 may willing po magsponsor sa akin ng visa 482, pero yung sa husband ko po na sasama sakin as dependent mukhang ako na po ang magsho-shoulder. Normal practice po ba yung ganito?

Depende sa usapan niyo yan. Samin naman ako lang isho-shoulder ni employer, si husband ko out-of-pocket din namin. Madami ako nababasa yung iba dito sagot ni employer both primary and subsequent entrant, so I think depende sa employer. Swertihan din naman 😁

Thanks sa reply. May I ask if may kids din kayo na under 18? And if isasama nyo sila. In our case kasi mukhang maiiwan ang kids. 🙁 sana mabilis lang sila makuha.
