did they ask for 2316 specifically? kasi sa MSA booklet, and/or yung ITR or SSS contributions. if you can make do with SSS contributions, i think may facility online si SSS.
best to draft a reference letter by yourself and indicate what you need to be on there tapos ask your contacts/hr sa old companies mo to sign it for you. state why you need it na lang. no other way to go about it.
you need proof of paid employment kaya kailangan yan. if wala ka nyan you won't be able to prove na those employers paid you for your services.

everything's in the EA MSA, pages 26-28 of the 2020 updated one, at least.

Dapat nagiisue yung company ng original na pirma ng hr or finance officer yung BIR Form 2316 (yun ang tama). Kung wala may fault sila. Kung nawala mo, kuha ka ng copy sa BIR then patatakan mo na certified true copy.
Ito ang mahirap.. Paano ka kukuha ng letter head sa company mo. Bigyan mo sila ng kopya. Then pag okay sa kanila, icopy paste nila sa letterhead. Kasi dapat nakapattern sa ANSZCO code yung duties mo.

Nakaindicate lahat..

a) Duties - nakaalign sa ANSZCO Code mo kung ano task doon

b) Job Title/ Position

c) Date of Employment

d) Prepared by Manager/Supervisor mo, HR with official telephone and email address. Syempre naka country code yung phone number with signature

e)Full time or part time

f) Number of working hours per day/week

g) company stamp

h) naka letter head

Kuha ka sa employer mo ng explanation bakit hindi sila nagprovide ng ganito ang sss and pagibig (government mandated benefits) kasi ito ang requirement sa EA and sa paglodge ng visa

Kaya yung may balak magau if hindi kayo binabayaran ng employer ng mandatory benefits either umalis sa company or ikaw mismo maginitiate na magbayad ng sss, pagibig and phil health

Mahirap nga ito, kapag ba hindi ko macontact ang HR, pwede ba akong gumawa ng sworn statement na nakaindicate lahat ang mga ito na nasa baba at ipapa-notario ko? pwede ba yun?

Yup, hindi pwede ang sworn statement. Wala bang email address ng previous company mo. I think kailangan mo gawan ng paraan na macontact sila. Matrabaho lang talaga. If okay kayo ng previous employer mo, madali lang ito. Mas mahigpit pa nga ang ACS sa deduction of number years kaysa EA.

no sir, i have copies of my BIR forms. you only need 2 evidences of payment for each employer so if you have a payslip and your SSS, you should be okay.

paano po kaya ito? need ko bang kunin pa ito sa super dati kong company? kasi ang tagal ko ng umalis dito since year 2014 pa or do we have any other solution po dito?

Paano po kaya if yung pinaka-una kong company ay hindi nag-provide ng SSS and Philhealth and Pag-ibig po, ano pong dapat gawin kaya po dito? kasi need po ito as an additional information po eh.

did they ask for 2316 specifically? kasi sa MSA booklet, and/or yung ITR or SSS contributions. if you can make do with SSS contributions, i think may facility online si SSS.

best to draft a reference letter by yourself and indicate what you need to be on there tapos ask your contacts/hr sa old companies mo to sign it for you. state why you need it na lang. no other way to go about it.

you need proof of paid employment kaya kailangan yan. if wala ka nyan you won't be able to prove na those employers paid you for your services.

everything's in the EA MSA, pages 26-28 of the 2020 updated one, at least.

no sir, i have copies of my BIR forms. you only need 2 evidences of payment for each employer so if you have a payslip and your SSS, you should be okay.

Hello po. Newbie here. Ask ko lang sana about CDR if required to magkaroon ng career episode per employer to consider yung relevance niya sa RSEA, to secure din po yung points sa EOI.

I'm EE by profession po with 5 years exp. Currently employed po ako and third employer ko na to. Is it important to include in career episodes yung mga project sa first two employers para maconsider yung work experience ko dun?

Naka dalawang CDR na po kasi ako and nakabased yung CDR sa mga projects sa current employer ko kasi on-hand pa yung mga engineering drawings, plans sakin as proof sa project. Di tulad sa first two employers ko wala na ako hawak na mga design, plan, etc that will support sana my CDR. I'm just worried lang. Thank you po sa help mga Sir/Maam.

Doesn't have to be from your first 2 employers. Iba yung CDR sa proof of employment. The CDR can be from any project done anytime in your career. Proof of employment is a different matter.

To Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 at sa iba pong may alam, hihingi lang po ako insights niyo regarding my case. Lumabas na po kanina PTE results ko (Proficient) kaya pwede na ko makapagpa-assess sa EA. Last 2017, nasulat ko na po yung 3 CEs ko (all came from college theses). Five years after, may total of 3 years and 11 months skilled employment na po ako dito sa Pinas. Same company at same position po ang hinawakan ko for that period. Yung main duties and responsibilities same po sa almost 4 years na yun bale nadadagdagan lang yearly ng other works on the side pa. Ang balak ko po sana magcancel nalang ng isang CE sa previous kong gawa at ipasok yung work experience as 3rd CE. Saka maipapayo niyo po bang magsubmit pa ko ng RSEA kasi base sa nabasa ko dito common mabawasan ng 2 years yung mga nagpapaassess sayang naman kung walang points din po na maclaim. Or dapat po ba yung 3 CEs ko eh manggaling na lahat sa work experience? Mahirap po kasi paghiwa-hiwalayin kasi interconnected mga yun. Pero kung yun po ang better way edi no choice kundi tiyagain nalang po himayin. Please po sana may makasagot. Target ko po makapagpaassess na bago matapos yung March or late na yung April 1st Week sana.

Hi Reenoah, for BIR tax forms, usually nag iissue every year ang employer ng BIR 2316. For SSS, nagscreenshot lang ako sa online contribution ko and employer.
