Question po about mga company na hindi makapag comply strictly sa ACS requirements.
1 - First company gave my employment verification letter with all details EXCEPT "PAY RATE". Policy daw nila to for all cases and no special way or exemption. Pwede na po ba yun tapos add na lang ako ng payslip, signed contract (Initial Salary included except annual raise) at proof of payments from bank statements.
2 - Second company gave me generic COE and won't entertain any request from past employees.
If I will have my colleague (Lead role) to endorse me via signed letter, can I just copy the letter head on the word document and have my Lead put her company email address and mobile number?
Sa Guide ni @toyotafx , yung Option 2 parang mas madali kasi walang need ng Notary or legal stamps.
Wala ding Job description at salary requirements.
Baka po may sample kayo ng letter from direct supervisors for the content and maliban sa signature at letter head, may extra stamps/notary pa ba kayong inadd? (Manager still works with the company)
