Hello. Employed rin ako starting July pero achievable naman lahat ng hinahanap sa yong secondary doc or may alternative na pwede.

1. ATO Tax Return Summary - Di kaya pwede na isend mo muna yung Income Statement mo sa ATO account mo since di ka pa nakabuo ng 1 financial year?
2 and 3 Superannuation. Chineck ko yung account ko ng superannuation. And may nakita akong mga statements. Have you checked your account sa super? Lahat ng correspondence andun.

hi! somewhat related with this po ung current situation ko. just wanted to ask lang po, what are your thoughts sa employment history ko in my EOI. I started my current job last month - October - onshore po, and nakainclude na po sya sa EOI ko kahit wala pang EA assessment:

may I know po if need ko pa ulit magpaRSEA before ko masabi na "Yes" dun sa "Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?" kahit technically speaking, related pa rin po sa nominated occupation ko.

if yes, is it safe po kaya na i-"No" ko muna ito for now since ung onshore pts naman will start counting pa on the 1st year ko? and change ko nlng sa "Yes" once positively assessed na ito?

Or do you mean, may EA assessment na pero di included yung current job?
If you have done RSEA already but current employment wasn’t included, you could still claim as long as occupation duties are the same and aligned with ANZSCO. No need for another assessment. All the best

yes po, the current employment (onshore exp) lang po ung hindi included sa RSEA and yes po aligned pa rin with ANZSCO. so, safe sya na included sa EOI. thanks Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 :smile:

Nakareceive na po ako ng feedback from EA after 21 calendar days (Fast track), but they are requesting for additional informations.

Secondary docs: SSS Static Information - Nasubmit ko na po ung Employment History & Contribution Page, meron po ba ako na miss? What is actually ung static information?
Primary Docs: They are requesting "Updated" Reference Letter na naka base to their handbook. I already have this and uploaded during my application lodgment and the format is according to their handbook. Should I just reupload the reference letter I submitted earlier?

Sabi ng EA, may plagiarism daw sa CE 1 nya. Pero confident yung friend ko na original at personal experience lahat ng sinulat nya. Ano kaya magandang gawin, iimprove yung CE 1 at panindigan na walang plagiarism o gawa na lamg sya ng bagong CE? Katakot kasi sabi pag hindi satisfactory ang explanation, irereject ang application. Sana po may makatulong. Salamat po.

Hi. I have 2 concerns po:

meron po ba hiningian na ni EA ng:

Certificate of Compensation Payment or Tax Withheld must be validated by BIR Social Security Statement (SSS) monthly contribution AND Employee static information

Paano po kaya makukuha ung validated by BIR? kasi yung company ko lang naman po nag provide ng 2316 ko. Tapos ano po ba ung employee static information?

Nainvite na po ako to apply, iintayin ko pa po ba si RSEA para sa outcome ng 3 years employment ko or just provide what I have right now to DHA? Malaki po ba chance na hindi ma-refuse kapag ganun?

hi almost same case tayo, eto po sa static info, follow niyo lang instructions

sa primary docs naman. Baka po may kulang lang like, kung permanent pa position, fulltime ba, how many hours, etc.

just google MSA handbook 2020, para makita ung handbook then may guide po dun kung ano dapat laman ng reference letter.

normally, Work Reference Letter instead of COE. Then ITR for BIR. for SSS, contribution page and record. If may philhelath contribution, sama mo na din

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

Nareceived ko ang positive outcome as Civil Engineer sa EA last 18 Dec.2023 pero di ako nag avail n RSEA nun kasi sabi nila matagal daw ang result if may RSEA compared if CDR lang papa-assess muna. After ko makuha ang outcome parang gusto ko din mag RSEA although optional lang naman.

May I ask kung sino po dito ang nakakuha na ng positive outcome sa EA and nag-avail ng additional RSEA after? Mabilis na lang ba ang process? Ilang weeks pag RSEA na lang

For context, Quantity Surveyor (QS) talaga ang role ko sa last 10 yrs experience ko sa Singapore pero under naman ng same unit group ng CE sya sa 2332 as closely related occupation. Ok lang ba mag pa-assess ng QS experience sa RSEA sa EA? Sino po dito ang same sa experience ko? Thanks

Hoping to get your help din po since konti lang halos yung nakita ko dito na Chemical Engineer.

1) I already have more than 8 years working experience in a cement manufacturing company (only 1 company in PH). Need ko pa po ba i-revise yung resume ko? I squeezed in everything kasi into one page.

2) Sa Career episodes, hindi ko alam kung in line ba sa Chemical Engineer yung naging work experience ko. I need some advice sana paano ko gagawin yung career episodes.

1st year - Process Engineer (in line sa Chemical Engineer)
2nd to 6th year - Production Planner (parang pang-Industrial Engineer yata ito) and Technical Assistant/Performance Analyst (parang Assistant Manager role; more of report creation for Manager's decision making)
7th year - Process Engineer ulit (in line sa Chemical Engineer)
8th year - QA Engineer (in line sa Chemical Engineer)
Would you advise me na ilagay ko pa rin yung longest working experience ko (2nd to 6th year) kahit parang medyo alanganin sa responsibilities ng Chemical Engineer? Sayang din kasi yung length of service.

Pinapayagan din yan ng assessing body to consider those experiences as a form of promotion -pathway of a clear career progression, in your case is an upgrade since you advanced in your career ?

Although they are not related - you can still be considered for that experience as you carried responsibilities above your original scope as a chemical engineer -an advancement in your career.

To give you some perspective you can provide episodes as a production planner where you made inference of your knowledge and expertise na may chemical engineering perspective. Site instances , evidences, formula and theory ,graphs, diagrams, drawings ? Pin them down to your original occupation as a chemical engr why you made such decisions , acted upon on the theory or solution and thinking as a chemical engr . Kaya yan.

magpapa-sign din ako sa director namin ng reference letter na may job responsibilities ko within this week. As addendum sa official COE sa company. :lol:

Hello! Question po sa RSEA. Ilalagay ko po ba lahat ng naging position ko sa company or yung recent/present lang? 1 company lang po pinagtrabahuhan ko since I started working. Tapos ano ilalagay ko sa Start Date? Start nung na-employ ako or date kailan ako nag-start on that position? Thank you po ulit!
