Travelled to SG under Visit Pass Jan.1,2013

When in SG, Visit Pass was changed to Employment Pass

Travelled back to Philippines Feb.1,2013 (for a vacation)

Back to SG under Employment Pass (to work)

Travelled back to PH for a vacation March 1,2013

Im a little bit confused kasi it says there " including any visits back to your country of citizenship ".

@lock_code2004, if i may answer sir @kangarooh, for any trips more than 24 hours/ 1 day, you should include them in your travel history kahit na bakasyon pa jun pauwi na pinas. That's what we did in our form80.

Gusto ko lang po iclarify especially dun sa mga taga SG na pumupunta sa JB,Malaysia for 1 or 2 days. Nilagay nyo pa ba sa form 80? kelangan din ba walang time gap sa travels, ibig sabihin ilalagay din yung pagbalik sa SG for work?

taga KL po ako before tapos pumupunta ako sa SG madalas over the weekend. Nilagay ko pa rin sya...

alam ko may separate sections ang form 80..

una ung residence mo for the last 10 years (dapat walang gap)
and ung mga overseas travels... so kung nagtratravel ka kahit 1-2days lang dito mo ilalagay sa section na ito..

What a friend of mine did to make life easier was to backtrack her passport stamps... Ang ginawa nya was to photocopy the used page of her passport and take not of the travels stamps there; yung mga nalista na nya, she ticked them off with a marker...

actually ganito ginawa ko although hindi ko pa naman inupload (baka mamaya d naman hingin yung form 80) pero niready ko lang. sa excel ko muna tinype para sunod sunod.

at oo hassle yung mga pa weekend weekend sa JB hehehe. pero okay lang. 🙂)

Tama... Excel! Sort it chronologically lang afterwards! 🙂

Yup naka excel n rin yung travel history ko actually. Nagulat lng ako at parang madami dami akong isusulat kamay sa form 80, kukulangin yung extra page.

@bluemist, really? Pwede pala itype n lng yung mga sagot sa form 80? akala ko handwritten dapat kc nakalay sa first page na "Please use a pen, and write neatly using BLOCK LETTERS." Gusto ko nga gumamit sana ng pdf editor para madaling iedit mga mistakes.

Mangungulit lang po ulit sa form 80, Question #15: Have you ever been refused citizenship of any country? If yes, give reasons for refusal.

Nagapply kc ako ng SG citizenship last year at hindi successful (kya nagpursige ako ng Au heheheh) pro hindi ko alam ang reason kc wla akong mtandaang nakalagay sa letter from ICA.

Meron po bang same case sa akin?

meron na ba sa inyo na kinapos ung space para sa additional information-#61? nagprint ba kayo ulet ng page 18 at doon dinugtong? (bali two pages ang page 18), or sa bond paper nalang nilagay ung continuation?

Ang gnwa ko pinrint ko ulit yung page 18 pra sa extra details, bLe 2 yng page 18 ko. So far hindi p nmn binabalik yng Form 80 ko.
