hi @appledeuce, me question lang po ako. since nkapagpamedical ka na prior to lodgement ng visa, ano laman ng acknowledgement email ng embassy sa'yo? binigyan ka pa ba ulit ng HAP ID and medical letter?

i mean, sa case ko kasi, tapos na rin ako sa medical (NHSI makati) at naupload na raw nila results feb. 12. kakareceive ko lang ng acknowledgement email ng embassy today, binigyan ako bagong HAP ID at Medical Letter. Same case din ba nung sa'yo? hindi ko kasi alam kung ppamedical pa ba ako ulit or disregard ko na lang yung email since tapos na ko magpamedical last feb.10 pa. sorry haba ng kwento..salamat 🙂

@ron27 hi. Nilagay mo ba yung HAP ID mo sa application form? Ako kasi nilagay ko. And yung acknowledgment letter ng DIBP ganito nakalagay:

"Your visa application has been received at the Visa Office of the Australian Embassy Manila on 14 February 2014.

We have noted that you have valid medical test results already hence, no new examination will be ordered for this process."

I think dapat mong iemail ang DIBP na tapos ka na sa medical and just provide them your HAP ID and a copy of your emedical form (kung saan nakalagay na submitted na sa DIBP yung medical results mo). Good luck po.

thanks @appledeuce! 🙂 yes po nakalagay naman sa application ko yung HAP ID ko, yung date ng examination and yung NHSI. I'm just wondering why the email says "...As a requirement, you must undergo a medical examination..." and they even provided another HAP ID for me. Anyway maraming salamat sa tulong mo. This forum is really a great help. Congrats sa'yo. 🙂

Good day, patulong naman pwede ba mag sponsor ang family friend medyo kapos kasi yung need na amount for show money at pwede ba humingi ng format ng affidavit of sponsorship.

@dreamprayhard84 ....just to give you an idea....yong sponsor nmin ay friend namin dito sa melbourne.....issue siya ng statutory declaration stating the following: na kilala nya asawa ko being the student, may funds siya, na he/she is willing to sponsor my wife's studies, board and lodging, may access sa account niya ang wife ko......then after making this declaration, punta kami sa isang police station dito sa Melbourne at pina pirmahan doon...aside from that, issue rin niya ang document from the bank stating that she had this amount in her bank.....

@danyan2001us ah dapat talaga may access sa account at Pano po kaya yung kamag anak namin sa u.s dapat din po ba may access din kami sa account niya sa u.s? Yung family friend namin sa harap lang ng bahay sa tingin ko kaya yung family friend nalang namin yung kunin na sponsor para madali kami maka kuha ng mga docs from them? Sorry dami tanong ilang araw na po kasi kami nagiisip no yung dapat gawin.

@dreamprayhard84 ...first ask ko kung svp ba ang school mo? if svp kasi no need to show proof of funds....just declare in a statement that you have access to a sufficient fund to finance your studies as well as other expenses here in OZ.

@danyan2001us hindi po, my wife will take vocational course thats why we need to show proof of funds, kaya kung kukuha kami ng family friend as sponsor dun kami nag woworied baka magkaproblem kami sa documents..ano ba dapat indicate sa mga affidavit na ipapagwa namin if ever.. Salamat sa pagsagot ng mga queries nmin..

@dreamprayhard84 ...ok so gawa ka ng statutory declaration stating there that you (or somebody else) have sufficient funds to finance your wifey's course + other expenses. Then state that your wife will have access to this fund ....if it's a close friend/relative, state as well that your wife is very close to whoever this sponsor is.....that he/she (sponsor) knows your wife for such a period of time and that she is of a good character...blahh...blahh.....

Then allow a qualified person to sign this document. Together with the sponsor's recent bank statement showing the funds, your financial capacity proof is now ready for submission.

@danyan2001us hi kuya.. Same po kmi ng situation ni @dreamprayhard84.. Family friend ung sponsor po nmin kc vocational course lng po kkunin ko. Pero ang difference lng is nag open po ng bagong bank acct ung hubby ko together with his friend..bali joint acct un. Hnd po kya mgkkproblema n bagong acct lang un? Tpos pg ngpgawa po ng affidavit of support kelangan b ipa notarize p un? Tnx po

@Pattycorky ...hi patty....mas maganda if naka three months na ang money nyo sa joint bank account na yan bago kayo mag lodge ng visa nyo.....good luck anyway.....

Merun po ba dito nakapagtry na ng firstec na agency dito.. Pls tell me naman kung kamusta service nila kinda expensive kc ang processing fee nila

Opo bali mag 3 months n ung money s april 17.. I was thinking cguro mga May ko nlng ipp lodge ung visa. Ok lng kya khit wlang activity s acct? No other deposits/withrawals? June 30 p nman po start ng class ko. :-) dpt b notarized p ung affidavit of support? :-)

@Pattycorky sa pagka alam ko basta dapat 3months yung bank history tpos may allowance kapa na 2 months bago start ng class mo para sa pagayos ng visa. Pero ask mo dito sa mga senior mas mga may idea sila.

@Pattycorky ..mas maganda sana if kahit man lang 100 pesos dinideposito ang account nyo at least may movement....lalo na pag malapit na kau maglodge at kukuha na kau ng bank statement....make it sure na yong updated yong account nyo....so ang gagwin nyo ay deposit kau ng kahit P100 then ask the statement yong pinaka latest na updated yong account nyo....madali lang naman ang processing bro lalo na pag kumpleto docs nyo....
