Bakit you dont have plan for PR? Tinanung mo ba sa employer mo yan na puede ka nila i insponsor for PR?

@Nadine - tama po ang intindi nyo.. pag hindi PR visa, you can use your foreign driving license as long as it is still valid..

pag PR na kayo, you only have 3 months to use the foreign driving license, after that you need to apply for an AU driving license..

Sir @totoyozresident: they can sponsor under Employer nomination. Which is what I'm gunning for. What we all are, I suppose. But after ko na comply part 2 exams (I've done one) AND required rotations (like OB, surg, emergency med). Med Board requirement (and therefore, DIAC who hinges on the assessment of the Med Board), no choice kahit sino employer in any state to retain employees permanently.

Sa kanila lang din ako hihingi ng rotation, 2 months lang naman. Yaman din lamang at employed nako sa kanila. Tatawid lang naman ako ng kalye, adult hospital na. Mother and children hosp pa ako in my 1st yr.

The biggest hurdle is the exam. Low passing rate daw kasi Pinoy 🙁.

Dont worry you will be alright. Nakapag first step kana. Tuloy tuloy na yan. Basta do your best in your exam paghandaan mo ng mabuti and GOD will give you guidance. Goodluck

Salamat po. Laban kung laban na to. I've come this far. With God's help, one shot lang exam na yan. Kung hindi, eh di take ulit. Hehehe. Yun nga lang, matatagalan lang instead of my aim of 2years.

Aim ko talaga mag private practice balang araw. Libre naman mangarap 😃. Baby steps nga lang muna.

Sabi nga eh hindi mo malalaman kung hindi mo naman susubukan. Natural lang naman mag alala ka pero kung may nakikita ka rin naman na in positive things o kagandahan na kaya mo kapag sinubukan mo, eh di go kana. look forward no turning back. Di naman hadlang yun Lahat naman ng bagay pinaghihirapan tuloy mo lang. lahat naman may mga chance. Nasa likod mo ako haha... cheers..

@LokiJr: Hindi naman biased Sir, I wouldn't say so. Fair and square pa rin. Pero marami questions about aboriginal and indigenous diseases and sarili nilang medical practices. Also, UK-based sila, American-based naman medical schools natin. Tingin ko dito yata nahihirapan ang Pinoy. In terms of exams anyway.

can anyone help me?? i been here for 3 months but naging masaklap yung mga nagnyari sakin dito.. after 3 months dumating s apoint na i need to run away from ym partner which is d pa ako married. kasama ko with my yugn anak ko. so at this time nasa friend place ako nakikituloy sa ngayun. and for sure yung visa ko mawawala. d na matutuloy. so ginawa ko nag enrol ako ng ng age care for 2 months at sana maka pagwork after sa school ko dito .may chance ba na pwd ako mag apply as working visa just incase dina ako pwd pa magtagal dito?? pwd ba ako sa workign visa? or can any one help me kugn panu manatili dito? may mga company ba ditong ready to sponsor you? to stay and work? pls answer me as dont know what to do. masyadong magulo buhay ko sa ngayun.

naku nakanino po nakapangalan ang visa? Kung partner nyo nga gumawa nyan then best you go back to the philippines and lodge your own visa.

If you find an employer to sponsor you well and good po but it is possible na matechnical kau ng immigration

hello! ask ko lang po, dun po ba sa mga things to do mentioned in the early posts like get a tax file number, register with medicare, etc.. better po ba to do that in that chronological order? so better to get a tax number and medicare before opening a bank account?

You can actually open a bank account before you enter Australia... 🙂

Mas maganda mag-bukas muna ng account bago medicare, kasi sa medicare di na daw nag-bibigay ng cash, direct na thru bank. So dun sa form, kailangan mo i-specify bank account.

First hand experience yan, natsambahan ko lang nag-open muna ko bago ko nag-register sa medicare. yung TFN, manual na lang ginawa ko, nag-fill-up ako ng form tsaka ko ni-mail, down parati website eh.
