Hello, tanong po ulit, tinatanggap po ba ng DIAC yung standard na English Translation of Diploma na iniissue ng OUR? Or kelangan ko pa pong magrequest na lagyan ng OUR nung other details ng translator like: address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated? 🙂 Salamat po.

Im planning to lodge my application Feb or March next year. As of now, I am preparing for IELTS on October. Anyone else planning to apply for Visa 476? Let's help each other out. =)

IELTS Exam - October 2012 then you will lodge your application on February pa? parang ang tagal naman ata nun. Hehe. I am guessing that you are a BSIE 06. Job market? There are many job here for engineers. Do not expect to get a job/role that is similar to your job/role in the Philippines kaagad. Swerte mo na kung makakuha ka nga. Hehe. Estimation(QS), drafting, design, and production jobs marami. Sa I.T. jobs for IE, next month ko pa masasabi sa iyo.

@ghypez, hehe mautak yun a...magmasteral sa U.P. that's a good investment! 😃 Akala ko dati dapat ang undergrad kelangan U.P. din e hehe...yun pala hindi kailangan so mas marami makikinabang nito

pero dapat ata <32 or 30.. not so sure about the age. meron din age limit. Pagkagrad mo ng engg sa mapua or sa ibang school, mag masteral na kagad. hehe. weekend. sakto 3-4 years un, more than 3 years na din exp mo sa work for sure. Boom. 476 ka na, may 3 years exp pa. Sarap.

To think 5 years ang engineering course so dapat mag-masteral kaagad sa U.P. hehe

full time sa masters, 2 years. kpag weekends lang. 4 years. Say, grad ka ng 21 years old. Nag review ng board, nag exam, naghintay ng work, 22 ka na.. +4 years masters, 26.. apply visa, +1 year, 27 ka na.. Pasok pa din. hehe. kahit mag grad ka ng 24 years old. kaya pa rin.

that is exactly what i did.. completed engineering degree at age 21.

after 1 year, I enrolled in UP for part-time MS Engineering for 5 years (age 27).. by that time meron na akong 6 years work experience..

except that, i dont know about this visa before.. so naglapse na ang 2-year gap from graduation...

hahah...

so my point is.. this is doable.. un lang po.. bow..

Hi guys.

I will apply for Visa 476 by January next year. I'm planning to include my girlfriend as a de facto partner.

Quoting immi.au, "If you or any applicants are in a de facto relationship, independent evidence that you have been living in a genuine and continuing relationship for at least 12 months" must be presented.

What are the accepted independent evidences? As of now we have a joint a bank account and a notarized contract for the house we're renting. Would that suffice? Anyone here have the same case as I am? Thanks. 🙂
