Hello po! Thanks @magoo_z and @iamKikay for the pointers.

I actually have proceeded submitting my ACS assessment last night. Got an advice from my friend to upload whatever training and certification I got as long as CTC sya. I have uploaded my passport, birth cert and marriage cert. I hope di mgkaproblem kung may redundancy.

Ang bilis nga eh, stage 4 na agad ako this morning. Normal lang ba yun? Yung mga nababasa ko kasi at least s week bago maging stage 4.

Ang concern ko lang is the end date of my current employer in the reference letter is "to Present", do i need to send them an updated letter stating an end date, say today's date if ngayon ko cia ma-request? Is it okay to reply in the assessor's email to confirm if they need this one? Or I wait for their advice muna?

@swtester25 hindi mo na kailangan mag send. since nasa stage 4 ka na. meaning ok na lahat yung requirements mo. minsan kase depende sa office like yung sakin hindi inaaccept pero yung sa officemate ko nakalusot naman.

@magoo_z nagpass ako last Jan. 18 pero feb 5 na ata nag stage 4 yun hehe. 1 month down 2 to go. 🙂

hi guys ngayon ko lang nakita tong thread, and ngayon ko lang napansin ung years omitted sa work experience...

bale nagsubmit na ko EOI and SA nomination application. sa EOI nilagay kong work experience is from aug. 2007 - aug. 2013, and I selected ung 5-8years of experience (10pts). approved na SA nomination namin at may invitation na to apply for visa pero di pa kami naglodge kasi mukhang mali ung info sa EOI ko. sa EOI, 10pts for work experience pero based sa ACS assessment, parang 2 years lang ung relevant work exp kasi binawas ung 4 yrs...ano kaya magiging implications nun sa application ko kung sakali ituloy namin ung application? pwede ba na during the application na lang icorrect ung info sa EOI?

Point namin ngayon ay 70, pero kng magiging 2yrs work exp na lang, bale 60pts na lang...pa-advise naman mga bossing...thanks

@sergz126 - I would suggest not to lodge an application because you made a mistake sa EOI. This is because you will be providing evidence na tama ang points claim mo sa EOI mo. Pag nakita nilang nag overclaim ka ng points sa EOI, In my opinion, subject for refusal yun but there are instances na medyo mabait ang CO and they will just say that you overclaim and deduct some points, if 60 points and above pa rin ang points mo after deduction, they will still proceed and if all is good, they will give you a grant. Pero it depends talaga sa natapat na CO. So it is your call, do lodge if you are willing to take the risk.

@RyanJay thank you sa feedback sir. Nag-email na rin ako sa immigration SA seeking their advise (or cancellation ng nomination) para ma-update ko ung EOI. I'm hoping for positive response...

May mga forumers na kaya dito who went thru similar error?

additional question pala, has anyone here lodged a review/appeal sa ACS? I'm planning to file for a review since yung work experience ko ay binawasan ng 4 years. If my understanding is correct dun sa assessment guidelines, 2 years will be deducted kapag bachelors degree and major in computing ung qualifications.

@sergz126 i think same tayu sa results ng ACS.. I was also accessed by ACS with Bachelors degree, major in computing.. ECE kasi course ko and Analyst Programmer ang code ko. they also took 4 years from my experience sir.. i believe because ECE, while an ICT major, is not closely related to being an analyst programmer.. but I'm not sure what's your ANZSCode? (https://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/7324/Summary-of-Criteria-2014.pdf)

do they count by months also? kasi ang natira sa kin is 3 years and 8 months.

secondly, pag nag lodge ba sa eoi yung eksaktong date lang sa acs ang kukunin? for example sa case ko 3 years and 8 months lang or kung kelan ako nag lodge ng eoi dun magkakacount for example nag lodge ako ng eoi this march which is exactly 4years na ako sa work, do 1 year experience counts? or same lang?

@kickerz not sure sir, pero regardless kasi 3yrs 8mos, or 4 years pasok ka sa 5 pts for skilled work exp

Share ko lang guys, if anyone encounters the same situation as mine.

As mentioned earlier, I inadvertently filed incorrect relevant work experience details in EOI. I've put in 6 years instead of just under 3 years per the ACS result letter. Since I have discovered this after receiving the approval for SS in SA, I could not edit out the EOI as it is already locked.

What I did is I emailed Immigration SA and informed them of the mistake in the EOI, details of the situation. I received a favorable response shortly, advising me of creating a new EOI and that I must provide the new EOI to Immigration SA. However, there was no guarantee whether the state will re-nominate me because they'll go over the new EOI and the info I've submitted to Immigration SA. Anyho, I did what I was instructed to do on Wednesday and fortunately, today I received a confirmation that I have been re-nominated by SA. I also received the invitation to apply in SkillSelect with the new EOI (60pts). 🙂

Ngayon naman, prepare ng pera para sa visa application... 😃

@sergz126 - mas ok na yan atleast honest ka na may peace of mind pa hehe. Saka 60 pts kana rin applicable parin naman to apply.
