It all boils down to the company's preference. Meron at meron na naghahanap ng local experience lalo on ways of working or, in other words, work culture.
Pero dont discount rin yung mga companies na hindi naman particular dyan, but more after on the hard skills that you bring to the table. It pays to really show that you are the master of your own past experiences, and you are able to demonstrate that throughout their recruitment process.
In the end, lakas lang ng loob at tiwala lang sa sarili. Easier said than done I know, but it comes down to how you carry yourself. 🙂
P.S. There will be bumps along the way. Rejection and all that, but dont be disheartened. Normal na ma-frustrate, pero walang susuko haha. Ganon talaga ang buhay... Hanggat meron kang potential na ma-apply-an, go lang! There is always a chance. You've worked so hard to get that visa to enter Oz, it's definitely time to show that you've really earned it. 😉
