isang mabilisang tanong po. Ang Statutory Document po ba galing sa prev. colleague na substitute for Employment Reference ay kailangang nakanotaryo?

Yun na lang po kasi kailangan ko para kay ACN, 🥲

May 12 days pa ako para makahanap nung document

Questions po.

yung COE ko yung dates hindi finollow ni company yung DD/MM/YYYY format. Okay lang po ba yun? or should i request a new one?
would SSS employment historyscreenshot be a good evidence?
yung first company ko po is wala na akong payslip or ITR copies more than 10 years ago na. pwede pa po ba yun?

Ok lang yan, wouldn't matter dahil ilalagay mo rin naman ulit yung date sa ACS dashboard mo
Yes, screenshot mo rin yung mga contribution that covers your employment period sa company
No, ACS will only assess relevant experience for the past 10 years

for #2, yes. I also included the contribution page.

For #3, 10years ago din yung first job ko. I provided SSS as my 1st payment evidence then for the 2nd evidence was yung email from HR that stated they could no longer provide the copy of payslips and ITR because it has already been more than 10years.

Na-assess successfully naman yung 1st job ko.

I have few questions na lang po.

Nalito ako sa employment reference need pa ba yung salary and benefits sa guidelines kasi wala pero sa example ni ACS meron.
Sa freelance/contractor positions ko, as per ACS, need ng employment reference detailing dates(start and finish) and hours work per week. So I need to request for the job description to be included? (I doubt kasi ilalagay nila pa eh)

Yung isang COE ko wala salary and benefits, cos our HR followed yung provided ko na guideline ni ACS, na assess sya successfully. Important yung job description cos that’s where they will base kung relevant ba ung experience mo sa ANZCO that you’re applying.

ACN employee here. You can request a Non-standard COE that shows the needed details ni ACS. it will take 5 to 7 business days though.

Hello all, paano kayo naggawa ng self statutory letter? I have a freelance exp kase. I already have my ITR and 2307 as proof of payment and letter from accountant and sa client, pero yung self-statutory letter paano po? Hindi ko magawa sa mygov e kasi hindi standard yung status ko dun. need na ba ipanotaryo sa embassy lawyer? Thanks po

Same scenario got a positive assessment CNSE 263111, pero I will submit another one for another ANZ code 263212, I will use the same docs that I used. I am doing this kase meron akong 2 employment episode that is assessed as not closely related daw (lost 5 points here). I kinda expected this dahil medyo generic yung job roles ko dun and mas fit sya sa 263212.
I asked a friend who did this, parehong positive naman outcome in the end. No questions asked.

Update ko lang to, I got a positive assessment sa 263212 as well, all my employment episode has been considered minus 2 years.

Yes, same documents din. Medyo mabilis sila ngayon, submitted Feb 20 got the result ng March 12.

Example is I've worked for Accenture from 2019 to 2020 and resigned and worked for other companies for 2 years, then I worked again for Accenture in 2023 to present. Isang Requirements nalang ba yung for Accenture? or 2 submission yun for Accenture? One for 2019 to 2020 and another para sa 2023 to present? sabi kase sa guidelines:

• Each period of employment outside Australia must be recorded separately in the online application.

I think required ka lang magbigay ng Employment Certificate if you are unable to obtain Employment Reference kasi naka "OR" naman siya.

You need to submit for each employment episode. Sa case mo submit 2 different references from accenture.

Hello po, I am about to submit for ACS assessment na po, kaso nung kinocompile ko yung documents for one employer to one pdf, lagpas 3MB na. Any advice paano niyo napaliit yung document?

Manager's COE

BIR 2316 for all years (2014-2017)

Payslip (1st and last pay)
