Hello all, paano kayo naggawa ng self statutory letter? I have a freelance exp kase. I already have my ITR and 2307 as proof of payment and letter from accountant and sa client, pero yung self-statutory letter paano po? Hindi ko magawa sa mygov e kasi hindi standard yung status ko dun. need na ba ipanotaryo sa embassy lawyer? Thanks po

No need pa embassy, check ka lang ng statutory dec work example sa google to be signed/confirmed ng someone higher sa work or client na yun nga ginawa mong work for that period. Then, need mo pa Notary yung Stat dec letter. In my case nilagyan ko den ng Govt ID copy nung nag signatory saken which is Team Lead ko nun, kasi ayaw mag bigay ni ACN.

I guess malaki ang dpi settings mo. Bakit ganyan haha check mo. Pwede naman 300 dpi lang pero acceptable na yan sa acs. Don't use phone scanner chaka sya.

Hello everyone. New in this forum.

Anyone here na na-terminate from their previous IT job? Sinama nyo ba sya sa pina-assess nyo sa ACS?

I have only 1 year work experience as Support Engr. from that employer who terminated me.

Worried lang ako na baka magkaron ng impact sa assessment sakin if I included a job I was terminated.

Also, once nag lodge ng EOI need parin ba ideclare yung terminated employment? Thank you po for the insights.

When you're invited and you're about to lodge your visa, you need to declare ALL your work episodes whether or not you're claiming points. Just be transparent, para walang kakaba-kaba feeling. Bawasan natin ang isipin. Do it right.

If you are able to secure employment documents from that employer, then good. If in that employment reference they state the exit reason as terminated, eh it is what it is. Di naman siguro malala ano na tipong magpopose ng grave impact sa career mo. If you were able to land a job after that termination, ayos pa yan.

Na terminate ako sa isa kong job pero dineclare/sinali ko pa din siya kahit hindi siya nominated occupation ko. Best to include.

Self-employed kasi ako nung time na yan, bali contractual work ko sa company then I have a business registation sa BIR. Hindi ba under ako sa self-employed individual non? And ang need ko is self-written stat dec na?

Just want to confirm with self-employed pips din that have the same xp

Related po sa question (same course ECE, working as SAP Sys Ad for 10 years), may bearing po kaya sa application sa ACS kung magrenew ng PRC license? mageexpire na po kasi this year license ko.From university po na may rating lang na 3 kaya ko rin po natanong.Ty in advance po sa sasagot.

May bearing sya para maging bachelor’s degree yung qualification mo especially if under section 2 or 3 ang school mo, but no need to be renewed. Mine was never renewed ever since 😅, we only submitted yung PRC certificate (yung binigay during oath taking) kay ACS, not the ID.

I have submitted ACS. kaso hindi po in chronological order yung experience.

May issue po ba yun? sinubukan ko po kasi ayusin sa ACS before submission kaso di na sya naayos.

It's advisable that you upload in chronological order so that the AO can easily refer to your files. In your case, and their website really won't allow updating of uploaded files, I hope you consolidated docs and named each file accordingly to identify employment episode.

This shouldn't be a big issue. As always, basta huwag maasim yung officer na matapat sa iyo okay yan.

Hello, I’m a newbie here! One question please, sa ganitong scenario ba, need ko ng 2 sets of payment evidences for each role? Same company lang ako and may change ng role lang within the company:

Company ABC:

Data Analyst

March 2016-December 2017

Incident Management Analyst

January 2018-February 2019

Need pa kaya ng payslips/ITR for beginning and end of each role? Or enough na yung payslips for March 2016 and February 2019 plus ITR/SSS Contributions since same company naman?

Hello! I received this email earlier today from ACS:

Please provide bank statement at least two transaction per year for all employment.

However, I've already submitted the following:

BIR Tax Returns - Complete for all employed years
Pagibig - Complete for all employed years.

However, doesn't these documents already satisfy the following (in bold) from Section 2.7 of the ACS docs?

• Official government tax records or documents that may include payment summaries, group
certificates (citing company and applicant name). Tax documents completed by the applicant are
not accepted.
• Payslips citing names of the applicant and employer,
• Employment linked insurance documents citing the name of the applicant and employer,
• Superannuation/provident fund documents citing the name of the applicant and employer,
• Bank statements citing names of the applicant showing salary payments from employer.

Has anybody encountered this before? Thanks!

Those 2 should already suffice. However, assessment depends on the officer. Sometimes they ask for addl docs, sometimes they don't. In your case, if you don't have bank statements, maybe payslips? Other payment evidences and provide them explanation letter why you can't provide such.

Aha, I see. So it depends on the case officer. I can't provide a bank statement since BPI and Metrobank payroll accounts were already closed. I called them and said they can't provide bank statements for already closed accounts.

I do have some payslips albeit incomplete, but I think it can be possible if they only want 2 payslips per employment year. I'll email them to ask if it's possible.
