ACS doesn’t determine the equivalence, they aren’t capable of figuring this out and would resort to the CEP. Hence, when my clients do RPL, or even the normal skills assessment, I know from the start how ACS will view their qualifications since we gave the same source for it - CEP. You’ll need to find out what section your university falls under. If section 1 then you can claim 15 points.

Thanks @RheaMARN1171933 even if the completed bachelors course is not related to the anzsco occupation assessed by ACS we can still claim 15 points? Tama po ba?

Sa field ko ha, unless very exceptional post grad finisher ka, siguro makakalusot. Yung locals kong mga ka work di bilib sa mga Uni graduates in general. Pero 99.9% they would hire someone who has proper extensive experience than a fresh UniGrad. What if UniGrad dalawa pero both may experience, dunno to be honest. Haven't seen it. Interestingly I haven't worked with someone who went to Uni who works in IT, some went to TAFE most if not all just gained experience working since they were able. Someone at work used to be a Chef for years and then transitioned to IT and is a Senior SysAd.

NSW no longer make reference to skills assessment results re skilled employment experience. They now refer to the actual migration policy.

I think so kasi based sa degree dapat more into coding/programming yung work experience ko para maging highly relevant..though based sa acs result letter nakalagay lng na relevant to anzsco code kaya ayun.

meron na po ba dito na nag claim ng points before ACS deemed date for VIC and 189?

My experience started nung 2014-2015 and 2016-2024 (2 employers)

Ok po ba na nilagay ko yung 2014-2015 pero nilagay ko not nominated (hindi po ako nag claim ng points)

Then sa second employer ko nag start ako noong 2016 pero after assessment 2017 yung na-deem.

Question po kung pwede ko i-claim yung 2016 since same employer naman, iisa lang naman po ang pinasa ko na requirements for that employer sa ACS.

Some other things about me: assessed by bachelor degree and all of my experience are closely related sa nominated ANZSCO

nag inquire po ako sa SSA Migration sabi ok lang daw pero gusto ko rin po malaman kung may gumawa nito.

Hello!

Question lang, I've been working kasi as a freelancer for 2 years now. Problem ko is yung ITR ko dahil since nung nag start ako sa freelancing ay hindi na ako nakapag bayad ng tax.

Alam ko kasi yung ITR, payslips at yung employment reference letter ay kailangan para ma check yung salary mo. Pwede kaya eto ipaayos sa accountant or may alternative suggestion kayo na pwedeng ipalit sa ITR?

Lumabas na po result ng skills assessment ko and yung sa education equivalent lang sya Diploma. I'm a graduate of BS Computer Engineering and yung school ko po ay nasa section 1. Weird lang bakit Diploma ung na assess ni ACS ?

Nominated ANZCODE is Security specialist , System administrator and NEC Manager

Meron po bang similar case? Did you try to contact and clarify this with ACS ? How as the result?

d ko p na-experience but have heard of positive outcome s re-assessment but this is the case for a couple na same school pero iba assessment s degree

Hmm…it would say on the outcome letter from which experience they considered relevant to your skills assessment, regardless whether your degree is highly relevant or not.
