Question lang on Statutory Declaration, I am planning to submit this in replacement of Statement of Service, I can provide other documents naman to support Evidence of Employment (Promotion letters, payslips, awards/certificates, Certificate of Employment etc.). Just not in the format of the Statement of Service, my concern is I do not want to inform my Employer at this stage since skill assessment pa lang naman, I also read that you can mention in the Statutory Declaration that informing the Employer that we are exploring options on migrating ast this stage might have a negative impact and compromise current employment situation and future career opportunities.
From what I understand this is equivalent to Affidavit here in the Philippines, does anyone of you have a sample copy for the Statutory Declaration?
