Hingi lang ako ng suggestion sa inyo, Naka-deploy ako sa client ngayon tapos yung first employer ko (agency) nag-closed na dito sa singapore pero inilipat kami sa ibang agnecy din at same client pa rin ako (same boss/ same work).

Humingi ako ng Experience Letter sa unang agency ko (which is nasa India na ang office nila) pero walang Duties and Responsibilities then sa current agency ko humingi din ako pero ayaw nilang maglagay ng duties and responsibilities kasi againts sa company policy daw.

Ang question ko, kung magpoprovide ako ng Statutory Declaration (galing sa boss ko) ilan ang kailangan gawin? Kailangan tig-isa sila ng first employer ko at ng current employer ko?

Or pwedeng ilagay sa Statutory Declaration na from this date until this date under ako sa first employer then nagclose at inilipat sa new employer?

Hi All -

I'm wondering if someone can tell me if what I'm planning to do about this Employment Reference will make sense:

Get a generic COE from company
Create a specific Employment reference (same as template provided by ACS). I am able to get the letterhead and other doc requirements.
Get my boss to sign it
Get it notarized by a public attorney.

Will this suffice? Is a notarized Employment Reference considered a Statutory Declaration (or Affidavit)?

Do I still need it validated by the city hall or DFA (I heard somewhere someone did this. Called a Red Ribbon document)

Ako din hinihingan ng payslips, etc., pero ang tagal na din nun and accdg sa old company ko sa Phils wala na sila record ng payslips ko kse more than 5 years ago na.

Mamaya mag research ako online paano ko makukuha ung ITR ko from the Phils kse I'm here in Singapore.

Pumunta na ako sa website ng BIR pero I'm still trying to figure out where and how to register sa website nila.

Another thing is, nakalimutan ko na and wala ako copy ng TIN number ko pra makuha ko ITR ko.

May nakakaalam ba sa inyo paano ko makukuha yung ITR ko?

ITR and payslips are secondary requirements... It is not needed at first BUT the CO may ask for it for reasons only they would know.

Goodluck getting it sa BIR, apart from being a corrupt agency, they are also know to be very inefficient...

Hello everyone!

I found out how to get the ITR pag wala ka sa bansa. I sent an email to them to inquire. Their email can be found at the bottom part of their website. They replied to me the following day, they told me to call the number found also at the bottom part of their website and I was told to do the following:

A. Write a Letter of Request with the following content:

State request for ITR
State reason for the request
Get Special Power of Attorney for the request.

B. Go to your Regional District Office (RDO) to submit request.

Fees:

Php100.00 Certificate Fee

Php 15.00 Documentary Stamp

C. Will take 5 Working Days to get the ITR.

Hi @kickerz, I asked my dad to go to the RDO for me. Nsa knya ung letter of request ko. Patulong ka sa family member mo pagkuha.

Yes, ilagay mo sa letter of request yung years na kailangan mo.

And yung special power of attorney is, as what the BIR officer told me, notarization ng lawyer sa letter of request mo.

Hello everyone!

I already have my COE from previous employer, kaya lang generic lang sya, walang detailed duties and responsibilities, as per my prev employer, confidential daw kaya hindi sila naglalagay sa COE (I know madaming nakaka-aalam kung anong company to).

So what I am planning to do base na din sa mga nabasa ko, I need to create a statutory declaration for that company, have it signed by previous bosses and affidavit.

Question: Pano kung madami akong naging project, syempre iba-iba ang mga boss, do I need to create one for each project? sa tingin nyo, ano mas okay na gawin...

Hi @kickerz ung RDO is kung nasaan ung records mo. Alam mo ung TIN number mo? Kse from there malalaman na ng officer ung RDO mo.

Pero tama ka din it can also be where kung saan naka register company mo. Para malaman mo exactly where RDO mo, dapat alam mo TIN Number mo and you can call them again to ask (sana mabait ung sumagot, hehe), or baka makita mo din online (I haven't tried this).

Ung letter post ko mayamaya. 🙂

hihingi lang po sana ng opinion nyo mga sir at madam..

nakapag secure po ako ng COE sa 6 na company ko ng same position (Architectural Draftsperson) as what I applied for AU as per agent's advice.. nagreply po ang VETASSESS sa application ko. hinihingan po ako ng additional requirements such as payslips, taxation records, etc. ang kaso meron pong naka reflect sa mga lumang payslips na mga dating positions ko (Designer, Jr. Architect, Supervisor)....

Hindi po kaya malito ang VETASSESS nun? at lalong mahirapan po ako sa huli kung hingian din ako ng Contract of Employment, na may nakalagay din na mga original positions ko na sympre hindi ko naman ppwedeng palitan same case with the payslip.

Ano po kayang maganda, sabihin ko nlang sa kanila ang totoong original positions ko tutal qualified naman po ako OR mag stick nlang as per agent's advice sa Architectural Draftsperson position, kaso iba naman ung position na nakalagay sa payslips. Need your advice mga sir at madam... nahihirapan po ako sumugal
