@RyanJay, dec last year sya nagsubmit, 06 february this year lumabas yung result ayun nga bachelor yung sa kanya BS computer science, Adamson University yung school namin 🙁 try ko mag email sa ACS to clarify..

pahirap na nga po ata.

regarding school. sa tingin ko, nag bbase din sila sa grades. so pwedeng nasa section 2 ang school pero possible pa din magbigay ng AQF bachelor degree.

Just to share the experience of my friend when he got his assessment last year. He's from AMA Computer College degree in BS Computer Science. Graduated as Cum Laude.

ACS assessed his education as AQF Advance Diploma Major in Computing.

Question po, yung hubby ko 3yrs software engineer sa past employer nya then ngayon analyst programmer sya for 5yrs. Ang iaassess lang ba ng ACS eh yung occupation nya as analyst programmer then di counted yung first 2 years nya? Parang magiging 3yrs lang ang pwede nya iclaim sa points? Tama po ba? Thanks!

Guys what's the issue with the pdf copies of the Certification of Employment na provided ng mga companies? Most of my COEs kasi are in PDF Format na signed ng manager ko.... alam ko I need to get these documents certified true copies but hindi ba pwede yung mga pdf na pinadadala ng mga companies ngayon?

@amcasperforu hindi na, wait ko na lng ang July 2013 sana wala change naabutan ako ng max ng 2613 code, sayang I'm already close to invite, oh well God knows better than me.

Based sa kanilang requirements your docs ay dapat naka certified true copy at notarized.

Sa panahon ngayon lahat digitized. Ang black and white nakukulayan. Ang maraming pimples at wrinkles nawawala.

Thanks for your reply. So does this mean na pwede pa rin? so iprint ko yung pdf na pinadala sa akin, then ipa notarize ko na lang? Tama na ba yon?

@jflucena - yes thats what I did.

@jflucena yes... they do random check by calling the employer. It is important that it includes the company contact details for them to do verification.

Pasensya na kung napost ko rin dito ang tanong ko, hingi lang ako ng advice.

Nakadeploy ako sa client, yung 1st employer ko nagclosed na ang office dito sa SG pero meron silang purchase agreement with my new employer. So parang inilipat nila yung account ko dun sa new/current employer but same pa rin ng client, same manager at same work.

Nagrequest ako ng COE sa 1st employer ko, then ang binigay skin e yung Transition Letter lang at nakaspecify na meron silang purchase agreement with my new employer, na nagwork ako sa kanila from Jan 2011- Aug 2012.

Nagrequest din ako ng COE sa current employer ko, standard COE sya at nakalagay lang ang position, at date of employment Sept 2011 up to present.

Since kailangan kong gumawa ng Statutory Declaration kasi need ng detailed job description ni ACS, sa palagay nyo kailangan ko bang magprovide ng dalawang Statutory Declaration para sa dalawang employer? Kasi kay ACS, kapag mag-uupload ka ng document per employer diba.

Iniisip ko, i declare ko nlang kaya yung current employer ko as my employer since Jan 2011 up to present?

@buchock ang pagkakatanda ko ang iaassess ni ACS ay yung last 10yrs of your employment. If you think worth it na kunin at ok lang mag effort dun sa dati mong company with complete job desc and signatures ok lang din.. pero if your points ay ok naman for the 8yrs of total exp why exert lot of effort if you will havr hard time getting one..

this is just my opinion ha. Na exp ko kasi before pinilit ko pa rin kumuha ng detailed coe eventhough alam ko mahihirapan ako plus medyo di ako confident na ma count as relevant. ayun dumating ang acs result di nga sya na count hehe...

@amcasperforu - thanks sa reply. Yung work ko sa first employer is relevant para atleast makakuha ako ng 6 years work experience. Parang ganito, yung 1st employer nagsarado pero sila ang naglipat sa akin to another employer, walang nagbago sa trabaho ko at sa boss ko sa client pwera sa employer na instead sa 1st employer ako magrereport, dun ako magrereport sa new employer.

Hingi lang po ako advice. Pag nag pasa ba ng assessment sa ACS ikaw pipili ng Occupation Title? Or upon their assessment sila din magsasabi kung ano un fit na title sayo? Bali kase ang trabaho ko is sa IT. From my earlier years sa IT eh Application Support ang ginagawa ko (Web/Windows Applications-Incident/Bug resolution, minor enhancements). Then syempre tumataas ang role (I'm on my 7th year sa IT) and currently ang ginagawa ko na mostly is led a team (though Application Support pa din naman - ako na nga lang nag aassess ng mga requirements/most of the time kausap ko yun mga IT personnel nun client (consulting firm kase) nag susuggest ako ng enhancements etc..tapos create timelines/estimates then assign it to developers. Minsan kasama ko sa nagaapply nun mga changes. Torn ako kase if Software Engineer/Analyst Programmer ang pipillin ko as my occupation sa ACS.

Actually mag start pa lang ako mag gather ng documents ko. Pa verify naman if tama intindi ko sa kelangan ipasa.

BS ECE ako, I took MS Certification and passed as MCTS kaya lang 2008 pa yun..meron ako last year pero kulang pa ng exams and gusto ko na sana mag apply ng assessment kesa tapusin yun 2/3 kulang na exams for MCSA naman...need ko pa ba isama yun kahit 2008 pa un certification ko and 1/3 pa lang napasa ko dun sa isang certification?

Speaking of course, ECE sya I read na no need na mag RPL, pede na pa assess sa ACS, mostly ano po nabibigay na assessment pag ECE grad na nasa IT Industry (bachelors degree din po ba?) Ano diff in terms of diploma and bachelors degree in terms of points?.

Sama ko din po ba yun 1-month training ko sa company namin (bootcamp)? They gave us a certifcate kase na we attended the training. year 2006 pa un date nun certificate.

Yun mga COE ko nakalagay lang kase yun dates nun employment ko/title saka sweldo. Yun una ko 5 years 1 month, yun next company ko eh 1 year 2 months. Then now nasa 8th month na ako sa 3rd company. Kelangan ko gumawa ng document to list down yun mga roles and responsibilities ko and have my managers sign those, tama po? ok lang ba na parang CV format sya then have my managers sign na ganun nga yun roles ko? or may specific format needed for the detailed roles/responsibilities list? kelangan ba detailed as in anong modules yun ginawa o generic naman like 'create design/code...conduct unit testing...handle application support,,then list down na lang the technologies used.

Senysa na po mahaba I just wanna make sure sa gagawin ko..medyo dami din kase workload kaya I asked personally na..I backread pero minsan kase mas nalilito ako (I do it mostly kase pag nag commute ako papunta/pauwi 0_0). Sana po wag kayo magalit if mukhang sobrang spoon feeding po. Magbabasa basa pa din naman po ako 😃

To @rguez06 and @blackrose, maari po bang makahingi ng kopya ng RPL nyo? Nagpapa-plano po kami mag-asawa mag-migrate sa AU at ako ang magiging main applicant. Nominated occupation ko po is Software Tester at ako ay non-IT graduate. Ang advise ng consultant sa amin ay mag-RPL. Nag-start na po ako magbasa-basa at mag-aral ng proseso ng AU skilled migrant. Sana magawa namin sya ng sariling sikap, ang mahal pala ng fee ng mga immigration consultant. Thank you po at may forum na ito. Salamat...
