Pwede patulong, I have complete contribution based on SSS online, but I have no idea where to get the SSS records that show both employer and employee name in the contribution?
My contributions are complete when I look at the contributions page, but I see nothing in the PRN section.

Sinama ko po yung screenshot ng Employment Details page which includes employer name and employment date. For employee name, hinighlight ko lang yung name ko na nasa header naman for each page.

Wow congratz! 12 weeks mahigit?...tagal dn sakin 10 weeks na wala pa din with assesor pa..nagfollow up po kayo sa ACS?

Di na po ako nakapagfollow up. Balak ko sana magfollow up if wala pa sa 13th week. Buti dumating na.

Hi guys, question regarding using Philhealth as payment evidence. Is there a way to show contributions in Philhealth na nag shoshow ng employer name? I'm talking about past employers, 2019 and 2020 to be exact, since ang lumalabas lng na employer sa profile(Member Data Record) sa Philhealth website is the latest employer.

Hi po, question lang sa pag claim ng 5 points for Spouse

Sapat na po ba na may Competent or higher result from PTE for the spouse to claim 5 points?

Or kailangan mayroon din siyang Skill assessment from ACS in addition to PTE?

Yes so she will be taking the PTE test but she will not be submitting a skills assessment.

Does this mean, assuming she gets competent PTE score or higher, we can claim 5 points?

The reason I ask is because I'm confused by this statement from DHA

"_Your spouse or de facto partner must also be an applicant for this visa and has competent English

For you to be eligible for the award of these points your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass and must not be an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen._"

What does it mean to be "an applicant for the same visa subclass"?

Does that simply mean that I have to name her as my spouse in the EOI and will be accompanying?

Hi all, newbie here sa forum.

Nag sstart na po ako magcollect ng docs for ACS skills assessment. Kung makakapagprovide po ba ng SSS at Pagibig contribution evidence may chance na maging positive result? Or need tlaga na either one of the two above PLUS payslip.

Ang prob ko po kasi now is payslips ko ay di cover ng start date and end date ng employment ko. I mean meron during mid lang. Meron din complete sa another employer.

Ano ang best po if di complete ang payslip records( also no bank statement ).

OK I just checked EOI in SkillSelect again..

It says:

Partner qualifications points will be attributed as follows:

5 points - partner is included in the visa application and has Competent English only
10 points - no partner
10 points - partner is an Australian citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
10 points - partner is included in the visa application, is under 45 years of age, has an eligible skilled occupation, a suitable skills assessment and Competent English

Looks like that is quite clear.

Still don't understand what DHA means with this, maybe it is outdated?

Medyo nakakalito nga yang statement na yan sa una, pero ibig sabihin lang nyan, dapat kasama mo sya from the beginning i.e from the EOI (merong tanong dun ilan kayo na mag-apply ng visa in the event of an invitation), to the visa application itself, your partner is part of the whole process as a secondary applicant. Only then you can claim points for their credentials.

Yan yung basic eligibility. Pero mas magiging granular yung criteria pagdating sa kung ilang points ang kayang ma-claim which you already listed out.

Pagibig + ITR

Ang pgkagets ko po pareho sila ng category ng document, paki correct po if mali.

I think SSS and pagibig are both under ”Employment linked insurance/superannuation/provident fund documents ”.

Then ITR (form 2316) is under govt tax document category.

That’s correct. I wouldn’t be comfortable submitting my client’s skills assessment application with just pag ibig & sss as pay evidences. I will have to ask for another type.

Hi guys, first company ko po ay 2013-2015.

Nung 2013, JO based ung contract ko. Walang binabayaran na mandated benefits, ung tax ay pang self employed, payslips ko ung papel pa. In short, wala na kong mahanap na payment evidence.

But nung 2014-2015, nagstart na si employer na bayaran ung mandated gov benefits at may ITR na rin. So yung 2014-2015 ITR at pagibig/SSS meron ako.

Question is, pano magiging assessment nito kay ACS if 2013 ko wala akong mapakitang payment evidence? Unassessable na ba agad yun kabuuan?

Anyone knows po if may bearing pa rin ang Cisco Certifications? I have a CCIE cert in R/S, can I just attach the cert as part of the docs submitted sa ACS?`

based sa guidelines nila, they dont accept vendor certifications anymore except sa RPL

What if po mixed yung payment evidence maprovide from one employer? Let's say, SSS/Pagibig complete records since makukuha naman sa SSS/Pagibig, what about yung payslips and/or ITR? Kunwari yung payslip ko is nasa mid ng employment period ko, then yung ITR naman is end lang ng employment period? Positive parin kaya ito?

Kasi from their guidelines, sabi two types sa start at two types sa end ng employment period.
