Hi there i just want to ask s mga nakapag lodged n ng application for defacto visa na ngranted nmn kaht wlang joint account..sa evidences kc nmin ng partner ko joint kmi s rent,joint sa credit card nya,joint utility bill,joint internet bill,ung bank acct ko under my name lang..bale 15 months na kmi mgkalive in dto s australia .Sa mga may same experienced namn pwede po ba paki share..Tumawag ako s isang Pinay Migration agent ang sbi nya dpat daw joint acct ng bank strong evidence daw..Thank you po s lahat ng sasagot..have a lovely day ..Many thanks

Strong evidence rin naman yung joint rental agreement, credit card. Ang importante lang is dapat more than 1 year na yung date nung rental agreement saka yung credit card statement.

Suggest ko mag collect ka rin ng pics nyo together to strengthen your de-facto claim. Gumawa ako ng isang word document tapos nilagay ko lahat ng photos namin together from the start of our relationship till present.

Hi rich88 thank you s advice mo.. more than a year n kmi joint s rental agreement since may 2015 pa.ung credit card statement last month lng kmi ng joint..mga pictures namin kumpleto nman mula ng mgpunta si partner sa pinas hanggang s mag exit kmi ng 3 times..

Hindi ko lang sure if enough na yun. Kami kasi yung mga joint account, joint loan, saka joint property namin more than 2 years ago.
