@jam14 kung matipid ka tulad ko, coloured copy no need CTC. pero kung gusto mo na makampante ka magpaCTC ka (nung 2014 kasi di pa required notarize, which 2sgd per page) ngayon mahal na notarize dito sa SG 70 sgd. sa pinas daw mas mura. kung ako, di naman kailangan kasi ung mga niforward ko sa SASS coloured copy lang. + naman result.

kmusta kabayans! my question ako regarding sa points. Lets say naka received ako ITA at age 39 then ng front upload ng mga docs. While waiting for visa grant na reached ko age 40. Deducted po ba ako nyan ng 10points and disqualified na po ba ako automatically for receiving visa grant? Thanks in advance.

Question po sa mga nag submit na nang ITA recently, nag submit po ba kayo nang very first payslip nyo sa work na claim nyo? or most recent lang and coe with pay details pwede na? hindi ko na kasi makita yung first payslip ko. Thanks sa sasagot

Hi @Strader thanks! Pwede ma check kung ano mga sinubmit mo? recent payslips lang ba and coe with pay details? ito mga naisip ko isama na lang:

1. COE with pay details
2. Recent payslips and bank statement at least 1 year?
3. IRAS - Income tax assessment

@carlo77 welcome. Di naman hinanap so far wala pa akong narinig na humingi sila ng evidence sa financial aspect.

@SophieMaddie38 sa akin detailed coe at payslips lang. Ung isang company ko na meron contract nag attach ako ng contract kasi andun detailed job description ko. ^^ sana nga. Waiting for almost 5 months now.

Hi @Isyut thanks sa advise, I have also researched this and some are saying na ilalagay lang daw dito if they are financially dependent sayo? in my case non of them are financially dependent sakin. On your case may I ask if nilagay mo lahat sila?

@PinkMagnolia hindi pa po ako nag tetake ng PTE. baka last week na ng October or first week ng November. pero from the review materials na nakikita ko, kakayanin naman siguro ang 20 points hahaha, tiwala lang po.

hi newbie po.. currently nasa skills assessment stage na kami.. sana after 2-3 months mgbigay na ng visa 190 sa nominated occupation namin ang SA.. currently kase visa 489 lang ang binibigay nila.. based po ba sa experience nio mgbabago pa kaya un in a few months' time. thanks

@cutsiechick21 It's hard to tell. In fact, at the start of financial year 2016-2017 (start was July 1, 2016) mas maraming available occupations sa list ng SA and most of them were available for visa 190. And unti-unti nabawasan yung occupations as months passed by.

At ito ngang July 1, 2017, kumonti na yung occupations at naging puro 489 na lang.

Question sa mga 489 visa holders. Magkano inaabot ang tax nyo? Kung 50K annual salary magkano take home nun per month? Kaya bang bumuhay ng mag-asawa (walang kids) ng ganon sweldo?

unlikely na ire-reverse ng SA SS ung occupation from 489 to 190. its the other way around, 190 to 489. i think continuously inaasess ng states ung skills na needed nila

hi,

tax is around 30% so roughly yung net mo is around 35,000aud annual. almost 3k monthly.

Kayang bumuhay ng family?....depends on your lifestyle. biggest expense would be rent but if you will live in South Australia, di hamak na mas mura ang rent compared to big cities.

I would say yes, kayang bumuhay ng family.

@Au_Vic Thanks! May mga ibabawas pa yata per month so I guess tama yung guesstimate ko na around 2500 net. Based sa computation ko kaya naman nga pero maliit na ipon lang. So sana parehas kami makapagwork ng asawa ko para sa ekonomiya.

@ipolyyy kung may HAP ID ka na pwede ka na magpa medical pero kung wala pa need mo hintayin yung CO dahli Hindi ka na ata makaka generate ng HAP ID pag nakaag lodge ka na.
