    BTW, ask ko lang if meron sainyo nag submit ng SSS as supporting doc? kung meron, screenshot lang ba nung nasa site? at ano ano don? haha dami tanong e no.
    Bro punta ka sa E-SERVICES, then i-capture mo yung sa portions ng Member Info and Premium Payments. Importante makita yung previous companies/years of contribution na isinama mo sa work experience. Then i pdf mo. Ganun lang din ginawa ko.

    hi guys! musta? i have a question dito sa SSS. I've found data of my employer ID and mga hulog ko however two of my companies sa Pinas' nagchange ng name nung naghuhulog ako. lumabas tuloy naging apat ang company ko don sa paghuhulog ko. e sa mga COE ko iisa ang name na nakalagay sa mga companies na yun. I'll be checking pa if I can request for ITR from BIR kasi wala na talaga akong copies. ang proof of my working experience so far is detailed COE from company.

    Anyone of you has been requested Japan police clearance?
    Binuksan nyo po ba ang envelope? Sabi kasi ng consulate it it will be invalid if I opened it instead of Australian Immigration.
    I emailed the CO for permission though, and still waiting for the reply.
