Ask lang po uli mga sir/ma'am.

Anyone currently in SG na nagrequest ng FBI clearance?
(Paste ko na lang dito ung questions ko from other forum. )

    Hi,

Those currently living/staying in Singapore, how did you request for FBI Clearance?
    1. Where did you get your FD-258? Did you just print it in normal paper? Or need to print in cardstock (the one used for business cards). Also what size?
    2. Where did you go for fingerprinting? Need to set appointment in police station?
    3. Which police station in case, and do we need to show them the ITA before they accept?
If anyone also have step by step instructions on how to do it here in SG is highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

@churek I can only answer for the fingerprinting. For the fingerprinting, if they have the form then you can you just print it on a normal paper. (not sure though with FBI) pero sa ibang country like UAE is ok lang sa normal paper then you can bring it in Singapore Police sa may Cantonment. No need for schedule, walk-in will do pero they're schedule for fingerprinting is Tuesday and Thursday lang (2-5pm). Nakalimutan ko na yun bayad, either parang 10 or 15sgd ata yun.

    Hi, thanks for answering.

So to be safe sana makahanap ng FD-258 mismo.

Also, do you know kung via ink din ba sa Singapore Police? Or biometrics sila?

Sorry for asking too much questions.

    Thanks.

@churek maybe you can check with the US embassy.

ROM is the body responsible for registering marriage in Singapore; and because you are living in Singapore, I really don't see any reasons why the marriage will not be recognise by Australian authority.

    1. Email embassy for sched
    2. Go to embassy
    3. Embassy will give us form to sign and put pics and thumbmark

    4. Papadala mo sa pinas un original NBI form at authorization from embassy para ma proseso duon ng representative mo (LBC parang $35 ata bayad)
    6. Babalikan na lang ulit un after 2-wks ata
    7. Pa scan mo na lang, tapos
    8. Upload

@xylocke colored scan copies sir ay ok na. pero kung napa notarized mo na, ok din lang naman. meron ako pina notarize which is yun letter from my former boss stating that i worked for the company, kasi di ako makakuha ng COE from HR. yun letter kasi ay walang letterhead kaya pina notarize ko.

    Hi,

Or pwede walk-in na lang?

    Thanks.

@audreamer05 from the question na "Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the PRIMARY APPLICANT'S usual country of residence?" sa pagkaka intindi ko dito is:

    1. Other countries you had lived with besides your nationality country (Philippines)
    2. Other countries you had lived with besides your current country of residence (Singapore)

If single applicant ka eh ikaw rin ang primary applicant ang sagot dyan is "NO"

If you have dependents na kasama sa application mo they are considered applicants also or secondary applicants then ang sagot mo dyan ay "YES"
Example: If your wife or husband used to work or currently working in Middle East, States, or etc countries or if your sons or daughters used to study or currently studying in other countries than the Primary applicant's (YOU) usual country of residence na di mo sila kasama is need mo i-state iyon.

@churek SATA Bedok SATA AMK at Radlink Point Medical sa Paragon.

Di pwedeng walk-in kasi need nila yung printout ng referral form from My Health Declaration with your HAP ID. And once you have your HAP ID saka ka pa lang pwedeng mag pa appointment.
