@Bjane at this point magverify na ang TRA sa mga employers mo if tama yung mga nakalagay sa COE regarding employment details. After verification, they will ask you to attend the exam, after that malalaman kung positive ang assessment mo or not.

Getting a positive assessment in TRA doesn't assure you na 100% ka mabibigyan ng visa. 65 points na and minimum score for EOI, and those who get invited within 3 months of submission ay 75+ pointers. Dumadating ang time na tinatanggal rin ng Home Affairs ang mga certain occupations they don't need to outsource. Once you have received your invitation to apply for visa, si CO pa rin ang may final judgement regarding your points.

@Bjane yung exam location is sa nearest TRA office. Kung meron sila office dyan sa Qatar, then doon, if not then sa nearest country na may office sila. You will need to go there for the exams.

Macclaim lang ang partner points if positive si wife/partner sa skills assessment, under 45 years of age AND nakakuha ng IELTS exam. I'm not sure kung sinong assesseing body for Admin occupations pero she would need more than 5 years in the same job to be positively assessed.

@Bjane nothing is certain until you have the actual visa in your hands. You have to understand that the pre-requisites to be eligible for a skilled Visa are the nominated occupation, minimum 65 points and a positive skills assessment. I always tell my clients that the skills assessment process is the make or break of the entire process. If you get a successful outcome, it is an indication of a probable success with your visa application. However, it isn’t safe to assume that 100% you’ll be granted a visa. There are factors along the way that might stand in your way, ie. long waiting time in EOI resulting to procedure changing prior to getting an invite which may affect your Visa eligibility, your nominated occupation has been taken off the list, failing medical/character clearance, overclaiming points during EOI lodgement and providing documents during the visa application stage which do not much your claim on your EOI. There are a number of things that can get wrong as you progress so you need to make sure you do everything properly and not be complacent just because you had a positive skills assessment outcome. However, having a successful one is a good starting point. Good luck.

@RheaMARN1171933 tanong n rin po. ano po ba ang basehan ng pag invite saka pag grant ng visa. thru occupations po ba or by points. kz madami nag aapply na different occupations, per occupation qng sino ung mataas ng points xa magragrant or general n po all occupations na at qng cno pinakamataas ng points in total. example: nurses, engineers, etc. paano pong pag approve nila somatotal ng nurses engineer qng cno mataas ang points xang magragrant or 5 nurses qng cno pinakamataas sa kanila ang xang magragrant.
