Na grant yung Visa kahit unemployed?

Hi! Tanong lang po, kaka graduate ko lang po last May then yung ate ko gusto ako papuntahing Australia muna bago ako mag trabaho dito sa Pilipinas. Last Sept. 28 nag apply sila ng Visa for me kaso nadenied ako kasi uneployed daw tsaka walang business. Last friday nag apply ulit yung ate ko ang reason namin hindi ko pa nakukuha yung credentials ko at yung thesis manuscript ko kailangan tapusin muna bago makuha mga credentials kaya pag balik ko aayusin ko yun. May chance kaya ma grant visa ko? Huhuhu. Kinakabahan kasi ako

may 99% chance madeny ang visa application mo.

Hindi mo naman sinunod or binigyan ng action ang conditions ng immi officer, sabi niya;
kailangan mo daw mag work or mag business bago nya iapprove ang visa application mo.

Ngunit subalit ang ginawa ng ate mo eh binigyan mo ng 'reason' or dahilan or 'excuse' kung bakit hindi mo kayang bigyan action ang mga 'conditions' ni immi officer.

immi officer: wala kang work or business, deny.
ate: eh kasi po naghihintay pa siya ng credential, board exam etc etc.
immi officer: wala kang work or business, deny.

@heycoachputmein Hi. You and your sister should stop wasting money. Pag-isipan nyo muna ang moves nyo. Wag apply ng apply. In your case, you should talk to travel agencies. I asked my travel agent regarding your case, and he said sobrang laki ng chance na madeny ka ulit. Pero may way daw para makapunta ka ng AU kahit di ka muna magwork, kasi mukha naman mas gusto mo na umalis. Apply for tourist visa together with the other family members kahit ikaw lang yung umalis. Mas malaki dw kasi ang chance makapasa ng group. And pag na-approve, pwede ka na mag'bridging' or doon mo na iconvert yung visa mo para makapag-aral or work ka pag andon ka na. @thegreenscarf salamat sa reply pero dont worry my sister and I are both money-smart individuals, at di na kailangan ng visa ng sister ko para pumunta or mag stay dito sa AU.

second point, surprisingly na approve daw yung visa ni @aplfrvr . Ako man, nagtataka paano na approve kasi pareho tayo ng assessment na malaki ang chance na madecline yung application nya.

@heycoachputmein Nagulat lang din ako nung na-grant visa ko. Dapat this January uuwi na ako kasi 3 months lang dapat, nag extend ate ko ng up to 12 months na grant ulit ako today so pwede ako mag stay dito till october. Isang taon din.

Hi! Question. I was invited by my cousin in Ausie. Her sister is the primary applicant, and companion lang ako. What would be my requirements para ma may chance na mgrant ang visa? My cousin told me that one of the requirements is letter from employer stating na pinapayagan akong magleave for 3 mos. That's impossible namn since wala pa akong 1yr sa work ko amd rank and file lang namn ako para maaproved ang 3 mos. leave. I told my cousun i better resign para makarating dun, and ok lang namn daw un basta may fund ako. but she told me wag muna magresign till magrant ang visa. Is it possible? Saka hindi namn daw ako ang primary applicant, sister nya ang magpprovide ng mas maraming docs that will state her strong incentive to return home like her job, assets, bills, etc. How about me? What will i provide na magpprove na babalik pa ako dito? Lalo na kung unemployed ang ideclare ko? Pls. Help

One more thing. Mag oopen palang ako ng savings acct,
para may maprovide din na acct statement, since wala pa din akong existing except my payroll acct from work. Magkano kaya dapat ang laman nun? And gaano katagal dapat un existing?

@aplfrvr I'm really hoping you still visit this site. LOL just wanna ask what did the immigration require you to present? Like dapat ba may affidavit of support?

Or if anyone here perhaps knows anything?
