Medical Inquiry for Visa 189

Hello guys, hihingi lang sana ako ng honest opinions regarding sa de facto partner ko.

1. Nageexpect kami ng invite for Visa 189 this coming November 11
2. Nung nagpacheck-up ang partner ko for her hyperthryroidism, she was informed na bago siya bigyan ng clearance ng kanyang doctor ay kailangan niya magundergo ng operation this coming 1st week of December
3. Also, nagplaplano din kami ipacheck-up ang kanyang hemorrhoid at tonsilitis for medical clearance as well.

Given yung scenario above, what is the best way to tackle the situation?

1. Maglodge ng visa upon invite and magpamedical after all things are done? Maybe December ang medical schedule
2. Wait matapos ang lahat para magpamedical prior visa lodging?
3. Given the above condition of my partner, is this a ground for visa refusal due to health issues?

@beetle00 try nyo consult sa professional agent about sa ground of refusal due to medical issue kong ano ba mga illness na ground for refusal. As per research ko before yung mga communicable diseases at mga illness na will be burden sa Australian government dahil need ng long term medication. not official, just my opinion based on my readings and inquiries.

@beetle00 I have a friend who also have hyperthyroidism, dependent of her husband who was granted with visa 189, she is now in Melbourne. Medical staff of St. Lukes just required her to share her record to them and asked a clearance from her Dr. Just that, she wasn't required to undergo operation, was only given prescription maintenance. And according to their agent, there is a certain limit in the amount of maintenance to consider.

I suggest you consult another dr. and yes an agent to get advise for your case as what @batman suggested.

@batman @Pixiepie thank you! I guess maghihintay kami magpamedical on december prior lodging the visa para makuha yung medical clearance from my partner’s doctor

hello po paanu po malalaman ung location ng accreduted hospital for medical pag other countries like abu dhabi??

Yung Abu Dhabi po is emirate under UAE. Pag pumunta ka don sa website ng AU, mukhang sa Dubai ka lang pwede magpa-medical. Pls check under Panel Physician.

I suggest you call/visit the AU Embassy there in Abu Dhabi and ask kung merong clinic diyan sa Abu Dhabi mismo.
