No stat dec just 1 invitation letter with their TRNs and passport number on it and attached in each application

Approved na po yung visa nila.

We left it blank then naglagay na lang kami ng comment na first time travel overseas.

Hello po, question sa may mga parents na na recently grant ng 3 yrs multiple entry. Sa application, after selecting up to 12 months sa length of stay, did you answer "Yes" to this question: "Does the applicant want to apply for a longer visa validity period?". Thank you

Hi is there anyone here refused for application of parents tourist visa. When re-applying new visa. The case was parents stayed 12 months period on previous visa But when we called immigration australia they mentioned we can reapply anytime . So we applied immediately. However the we received the email from manila na refused the application due to less than 6 months stay outside Australia (only around 4 months if babalik agad). Nilagay sa refusal letter (If this current application is granted for a 12-month period, the applicant would have stayed
for more than 12 months in an 18-month period.) Good points they mentioned that she did not over stay on her previous visa. Only the new proposed entry date is the problem but they it was already refused the application.. Sana email muna kami change ko invitation letter to July and this case we would like to reapply for July as entry date on March .

On reason why wanted her to return immediately because I'm giving birth and also both of us our working so sana we would like to be with us for a year.

Is there anyone here with the same case.

Did you re-apply it , did it get approve?

For 12 months stay need to wait 6 months for another re application. Also CO are checking if the applicant over stay more than 12 months on 18 month period.

Another question pala..regarding health insurance for my mom..do I need to have it during the visa application stage? Nag inquire na po ako sa BUPA..ok po ba yung BUPA?

@elleb1 ilang months b sya stay? as far as i know, they would require if 6months or longer ang stay. otherwise, optional lng sya & no need to attach with visa application.. but it is recommended.

@elleb1 check mo pa if need n i-attach ang health insurance sa application, parang wala kasi sya sa document check list, pero 3months lng kasi na exp ko, bka nag iiba pag 6 months or more ang document checklist

Hello po! Meron po bang nagkaissue sa Au Tourist Visa dahil nadeny before sa US Visa Application? Nadeny kasi mum ko sa US Visa before and now I'm planning to bring them here for a visit. Worried ako baka maging ground yun for refusal. Salamat po.
