@RheaMARN1171933 Hi Ms Rhea. Need your advise. My husband is going to apply for the skilled nominated visa 190. My husband will be turning 39 years old in June 2019. I’ve read that it usually takes a year to wait for Visa Approval if the total points is only 65 or pasang awa. Mag-start palang kami with everything (PTE, skills assessment) this May. Baka EOI will happen in July or August na, and invite est Q4 or Q1 2020. He’ll be 40 next June, and 10 points will be deducted from his 65 points if they review our visa application too late. We won’t make it if that’s the case. We’ll be paying 300k for the Visa Application of my hushand + 3 dependents. Is this worth a shot? :(

@Petita you wont pay until you get invited. If you are interested to get agent like rhea you need to book appointments with them to get your case studied carefully and correctly with all the correct informations, data. Besides changes un points will be introduced in November.

Thanks @batman @Petita did you send us an email? What’s the surname? I can look for it. What’s the occupation of your husband? If 65 points lang sya, I wouldn’t expect an invite by the end of the year. It will most likely be a long wait since his points. However, there will be changes in the points system from November. From the limited information that we know right now, it looks promising but can’t really say for sure until immigration has fully released the whole process for this new points system.

@RheaMARN1171933 Hi Ma’am! It’s Bartolome, he’s a sys ad. The free assessment from a migration agent said we only have 65 pts.

I just saw the news about the change nga po sa points system. Parang ok po sya in our case coz may chance madagdagan sya ng 10pts. But would love to know if may pag asa po talaga! If we should wait ng Nov nalang. Really need your assistance. Salamat po!

Hi Ms. Rhea. Question lang po, would it be better to get services from agencies kapag tapos na mag IELTS?

Also, iba po ba ang fees kapag nagstart sa agent ng skills assessment palang vs. kapag EOI stage na?

When new clients come to me, we get started with preparing the skills assessment straight away as this alone takes more than a month just to collect all documents. Depending on the occupation, if English is required in the assessment, the client sorts his English whilst we sort the documents out at the same time to get them ready and then once the results are available, we then submit. This way, no time is wasted. Or for those assessments which don’t require English, we still prioritise skills assessment and the client has the time (at least 3 months) to sort out the English test. Better this way than prioritising English first.

With regards to fees, of course the fee is lesser from EOI because there’s less service provided.

    Hi Rhea,

I hope you could answer this question. I just want to ask a question about VETASSES skill assessment requirement. I asked 3 agents about my 190 application... 2 of them said that VETASSES needed only 1-year recent employment documents even though I got at least more than 8 years of experience. 1 agent said to me they need all of my employment document. I am still researching which agents should I go to for this application. An agent at least has reasonable and affordable agent fees and it seems that everyone here recommends your service. Thanks

I think what these agencies meant was you only need at least 1 year experience for VETASSESS to meet the requirement but of course you need to claim the whole 8 years if you want to claim more points. Be mindful that the requirements shouldn’t change whether you ask x amount of agents or even if you do the application yourself so no point comparing this. What you just need to look at with agents are the professional fees they charge and whether you are comfortable engaging them with your case.

By all means, please complete our free eligibility test on our website www.visaconsort.com (click yellow bar) and someone from our team will be in touch early on Monday.

@RheaMARN117193 I went to your website and completed the eligibility test then i commented stating about my options for migration and asked which option is workable. Someone from your team emailed me and told she cannot provide any answers or advice, instead avail a migrant agent for £100 per hour session just to answer any questions i have about my migration plans. Ganito po ba sa agency nyo? Wala po ba free consultation initially para sabihin mo migration plan options mo and get some initial advice which way to go that is workable for me. Nawalan tuloy ako interes.... :(

@NXAVIER25 people in admin usually screen enquiries to identify which of those are looking for an agent and which one just wants advice. It’s highly likely they asked you what exactly you need and from your reply, perhaps they understood you just wanted answers to your questions and that you would benefit more from a consultation with a registered agent. Be mindful that my team cannot easily answer any question related to immigration as they are not qualified to do so. I think there was a miscommunication in the end.

    @NXAVIER25

I saw this email trail below:

    VC:

I’m not authorise to provide you advice as I’m not a registered migration agent. If you’re not looking at engaging an agent and if it’s just answers to your questions/advice on what the best course of action for yourself. You’re best to book a consultation with our registered agent to get a proper advice. Her consultation fee is £100 for an hour. This is to cover the time she’ll be spending with you and the professional knowledge she will share with you.

    You:
Please I need some answers to the comments or questions I’ve sent. Let me see if you can help with the options I asked and work out something for me to secure a visa.

    VC:

Thank you for your enquiry. Could you please confirm whether you are looking for an agent to handle your case or just would like your questions answered?

@NXAVIER25 I also had a look at the form you completed and noticed a lot of questions you asked which my staff isn’t qualified to address and best left asked during a consultation. Below is the extract:

What are the options you can advice for me to possibly get a working rights anywhere in Australia? How about study visa option for me?

Or my partner to study for a 1-2 years vocational or diploma program?

I would appreciate the response and help that you could provide on my case.
    Thank you.

@NXAVIER25 I did not see anything wrong with how my staff handled your enquiry. She specifically asked what it is you’re after and you replied you want your questions answered so she suggested a consultation. Please have your facts straight before ranting online.

@RheaMARN1171933 I apologize if i did sound rude on my post, but that is not my intention. I just feel sad that time probably because i am expecting too much or an instant answer in return. I now understand your process and now moving forward with the business on how you can help me. Now that i göt your attention, pwede po kayo maghandle ng case ko and give some initial assessment which option works for me. Pwede po ba natin discuss ito privately in the email- [email protected]. Thank you for your time and hoping for your response. :)

There is a certain demarcation on the questions you may ask a migration agent not only to Visacosort but to other Migration agents as well. Different people has different cases so this is where Migration agent service comes in and advices are tailored to everyone's needs.
