Around 15 yrs as tester. More on functional pero may automated and performance experience din.

Sa solid ng experience nyo nareject pa din? Parang may mali.. hmm.. dapat nga siguro hingi ka ng reason. Kasi kung yung iba na hindi ganyan kasolid yung experience nakareceive ng exam.

baka po over qualified?

Hndi sila katulad noon na may email update after ma done nung process like ung one way video interview noon nakatangap pa ko ng completion email after mag pasa. Ngayon wala pati sa exam wala ding completion/confirmation email after

Parang ang weird naman if auto-fail na if magbebase sila sa number of retakes. For me lang ha, kasi di naman dapat sya magmamatter sa application.

Not sure din ano yung common satin na mga wala pa ding email til now..

Haha. baka nga sobra yung auto fail. Sabihin na lng natin na hindi shortlisted kung makadami retakes kasi ang simple lang ng tanong.. next time magpraktis na talaga outside retakes.. so far enjoy pa naman itong experience na to.. pag hindi gumana ang approach ko ngayon.. iba naman next time.. swerte pag umabot sa kung ano man ang final assessment.. then bahala na si batman.. medyo late na rin ako nag apply, pero mukha naman kung may appeal ka sa kanila mabilis pa rin processing mo..

marami din akong re-takes sa 1 way, ang hirap pagkasyahin sa 1 minute pinilit ko sinama tools and language for aut and manual exp para lahat ng essentials andun na, pero parang ang pumangit din pagkakadeliver.

marami rin po ako retakes and wala ako masyadong sinabi na tools. mostly i just aligned what i said based sa need nila in their job posting and no need to get into specifics. natanggan naman interview ko and nakapag exam ako just sharing

On my one way interview po one take lang ako. pero did 2 or 3 practice (using the tool)

Sa question po vague lang din sagot ko pero my flow. Kwinento ko po if paano ako naging manual and paano napunta sa Automation.
Tapos sa Automation part nasabi ko po yung 2 na nagamit ko dati pero di ko na pinaliwanag. Sa current work ko naman po nasabi ko lang ung testing na ginagawa namin and may thank u sa huli. May natira pa po akong mga 8-10 seconds.
Pero during my practice outside nung tool nag practice ako ng almost 100 times(lols ang oa) pero di ko talaga mapag kasya sa 1 min, kaya natuwa ako kasi in d end less than a min sya.

Sa start ko po pala, nasabi ko din na galing akong consultancy dati which i think my plus points? (kasi sabi ng friend ko sabihin ko daw, kasi ganun din sila planit). Also most of our client kasi AU din.

HAHAHAHA ako din para akong rapper sa sobrang bilis ko mag salita. Saktong sakto sa 1 min ung sasabihin ko kaya nakailang take ako kasi kapag may mabagal akong nadeliver n word kukulangin ung oras ko.
Akala ko di ako makukuha kasi sa sobrang tense ko mali mali kaya binasa ko na lang di na ko nakatingin sa camera. Sobrnag lucky nakatuloy ako ng exam.

From my source naman sabi till now nag rereview pa din ng one way interview si planit kaya ung result ng exam baka matagal pa daw.

Around 2000 nag apply so the review of the one-way interview will take time.

Walang kinalaman ang number of years of experience ninyo sa invitation sa next round. Laging:
1. Content ng CV nyo
2. They way you presented yourself
3. TIP: No one likes a jack of all trades and master of none. Ibig po sabihin example 10years ka na asa IT. tapos medyo sabog ang CV mo. Nag DEV ka or BA or Support etc... syempre mahirap i-review kais remember PLANIT is a Testing Company so yun ang solid na hanap. Ayusin nyo lang CV nyo and present it in such a way na ma-showcase ang testing skills nyo

Sa exam... they do not look at your experience or level. They look at how you answered the question. The manner in which you answered them. Totoong ayaw nila bookish kasi it does not show who you are. Plus and more importantly you will fit sa culture ni Planit and AU

Believe me magaling kumilatis si Planit ng applicants. Tipong kahit ibigay sayo buong exam pede pa din di ka pumasa. this whats makes planit unique and ensures talgang magaling nakukuha nila.

Sa one way interview ko, lagpas ata 10 times yung retakes ko. Hindi ko kasi mapagkasya sa 1 minute tapos may sudden noises na madiidnig, like tahol ng aso, tilaok ng manok. Kaya nakakraming ulit. Tingin ko hindi naman factor yung re-takes. Nakapag Exam na din ako, I think I failed the exam. Since wala naman ako masyado exp sa QA. More on security testing/Process Automation background ko. Sa ngayon, Ongoing padin status. Dasal dasal. sana maconsider. Pero kung hindi, try nlang next time if may opening for Cybersecurity. Gooodluck sating lahat, hanggang wala pang reject status, tiwala lang. haha

kaya naka depende talaga how much you want it.
