IELTS or PTE, ano difference or pagkakaiba nila?

Hello po, ask ko lang ano pagkakaiba ng IELTS at PTE in terms of difficulty, grading, fees, etc..? Ako kasi IELTS before, then magretake ako dahil expired na yung last take ko. I’m thinking if PTE or IELTS pa rin gawin ko this time around.

2021 Nov 6th - IELTS Spouse 8,7.5,8,6 (Wifey, dependent)

I have taken PTE instead of IELTS because mas madali ipoint iyong areas where you need to really master techniques to get the desired score you need. Mas mahirap para sa akin ang PTE but iyong point system kasi mas ok for me which is iyon tlga ang habol ko. You need to check the PTE website and read if the format suits you. All the best! Took me 4 test to get superior because i need the 20 points!

I have taken both and I noticed the following differences:

    1. PTE computer ang maggrade for speaking and writing, IELTS is person.
    3. Since computer ang maggrade ng PTE mo, mahirap siyang iparegrade, IELTS they can have it reviewed and regraded if hindi ka happy sa score mo.
    4. If hindi ka comfortable sa mga maiingay na environment like nagsasalita ng sabay sabay since they are taking the exam at the same time as you, then PTE is not for you.
    5. In terms of difficulty, mas maraming need aralin sa PTE dahil marami syang parts na iba iba activities.
    6. IELTS if you like simpler feel and kung ayaw mo masyado ng techy na galawan.

Another Difference pala that I can add is, IELTS are recognized rin sa ibang bansa like Canada incase hindi magmaterialize ang AU application mo :)

I taught both courses, and I can say that IELTS requires actual English skills.

I took both tests: IELTS last Apr 2018, PTE last Dec 2018.

Mas mabilis ako mag-type kaysa magsulat, kaya advantage sa kin and PTE.
Each exam type requires a different technique kaya maganda napaghandaan mo na.
Tama po si MLBS. Techniques and templates ang kakampi mo sa PTE. Tried and proven ko po yan.

Also, mas mabilis results sa PTE kesa sa IELTS. Two weeks ang sa IELTS. That means, 2 weeks ka ding kakabahan and matutuliro. Sa PTE, nagexam ako ng hapon. Kinabukasan pag-gising ko, may resulta na.

I see that there is no way for me to get an 8.0 or 9.0 sa speaking and writing sa IELTS. Pero sa PTE, naka 79+ ako sa lahat. Almost perfect pa nga.
