    though will search further din.

    Re: Biometrics,
Is it possible that I'm not required anymore? because last late Aug 2022, I already had my biometrics for my Tourist visa. After I lodged for the PR visa, health requirements lang ang needed action. No Biometrics was stated.

    Thank you in advance

Yes sis. New medicals and PCC and form 80. Sana nga this year. Hahha ang tagal na naming nag aantay! ❤️

Ang gusto ata pang Band 9 na writing and speaking. Hehe. Joke lang po. Napapaisip ako, bakit kaya ayaw pa iproceed yung application mo. Kumpleto ka naman na. Yung CO contact mo pa hindi mo pa kasalanan. Congrats po.

Dami backlogs ata tlaga. Nung tumawag ako mababait naman e.. Talaganv sobrang damj langbnaming naiwan.. And usually daw two months kung walang bumalik na CO after Co contact, yun na daw un. Waiting nalang ng grant.

Yeheeey! Grant na next news nyan!! Praying for you @ga2au!

Thank you @jakibantiles sana nga! ❤️

Hello. Please correct me if I'm wrong pero sa pagkakaintindi ko sa below link ay you actually have a choice to enter Australia as a tourist while you are waiting for a decision for a PR visa, meaning pag nakalodge na. You will have full working rights and be eligible to apply for interim medicare pag nag expire ang TV at mag activate ang BVA.

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/travelling-and-your-visa/travel-while-your-visa-is-being-processed#:~:text=You can apply for a,temporary visa matches your intentions.

Is tourist visa processing madali lang? Like we cant work in that visa so need to BVB?

    Yung TV ng parents ko:
    Lodged - Aug 10
Biometrics - Aug 17 (earliest available)
    Visa Grant - Aug 19

So do u think we still need biometrics kahit may ongoing application?

    https://philippines.embassy.gov.au/mnla/home.html

From 04 April 2022, visa applicants in the Philippines must complete biometric (face photograph and fingerprint scan) collection for each application lodged, irrespective of their nationality, unless they are excluded or exempt from the biometric program.

Biometrics are collected through a quick and easy process that captures a photograph of your face and a 10-digit electronic fingerprint. Applicants will be required to provide their biometrics each and every time they apply for a visa.

When you lodge your application online, you will be sent a request to provide personal identifiers (biometrics) via email. You should make an appointment to attend an Australian Biometrics Collection Centre (ABCC) in person to provide your biometrics. Take a copy of that email and your passport to the appointment.

You must provide your biometrics within 14 days of online lodgement or notify the relevant visa processing office if unable to do so.

VFS Global operates two ABCCs in the Philippines (in Manila and Cebu). The ABCC will charge a service fee for the collection of biometrics.

For more information about biometric collection procedures, fees charged, contact details, ABCC locations, or to book your biometrics appointment, please visit Welcome to VFS Global| vfsglobal.

*Please note that applicants who lodged between 4 April and 21 April 2022 may no longer be required to provide biometrics. Australia’s Department of Home Affairs has emailed applicants where biometric collection has been waived.

Waah Sir salamat po! Hopefully makuha namin.

Yung 14 days po is kapag nag-aapply ng state nomination. Once you are successful and granted with state nomination, you will receive an ITA (final invite) po and will have 60 days to proceed with the visa application.

Hi! For those who have lodged their visa or have been granted already, can you please confirm—

Did you have your skill assessment result certified? Or is it okay to just upload the file emailed by the assessing body?

I clicked kasi sa more infos of each requirement, and I just recently found this out. Yung need to have some files certified. How strict?

    Salamat ng marami sa makakasagot!

Kung 'yung skills assessment result po, no need po for certification. Yung mismong bigay po ng assessing body would be enough.

yep not required. but officers may have the access to check your travel history online, so as suggested - still declare even if it's just a short trip

may nakaexperience ba sa inyo na after maglodge eh antagal magload nung page pero nakareceive ako ng confirmation email from immiaccount at skillselect. tapos sa immiaccoount ko eh lumalabas naman na received....

pero nung nagsubmit kasi ako antagal magload nung page kaya nung ayaw talaga, nagtry ako irefresh then nagerror na sya pero nakapaglodge naman ako ng maayos i think. may magiging problem kaya ito? sorry paranoid lang lol.

naaccess din naman nung sa health exam yung account ko kasi naupdate na yung health examination from arrange one to in progress. heeh. thanks po

    Re: Biometrics,
Is it possible that I'm not required anymore? because last late Aug 2022, I already had my biometrics for my Tourist visa. After I lodged for the PR visa, health requirements lang ang needed action. No Biometrics was stated.

    Thank you in advance

Nakakaloka... 🙏
