Skills assessment outcome is used for migration purpose. When it comes to seeking employment, this has no bearing.

Hello, meron po ba dito nakaexperience icontact ni ACS for additional documentation pero nakaupload naman po yung hinahanap nila? 1 lang daw po yung form of ID na sinubmit ko pero dun sa uploaded pdf ko andun passport, UMID
driver's license, PSA Birth Cert and CV ko. 2nd application ko na po, so meron akong old pdf na passport lang ang laman. And yung filename po ng bago is may "_UPDATED_2023" sa dulo. Thanks for any reply!

My assessor emailed me that my qualifications have been assessed as not meeting the ACS educational requirements for this application type. She wants to change my application type to "Recognition of Prior Learning application (RPL)".
Next step was to pay and complete an ACS Project Report Form.

The question is, since education ko(ECE) is hindi na honor kahit Associate degree, ano po ung status ng education ko after ma complete ko ba ung RPL? I mean, ano po ung ilalagay ko education level dun sa Visa application mismo?

Hello po, nag negative ako sa recent assessment ko dahil hnd ma recognize mga experiences ko dahil kulang ang payment evidence. Wala ako mga payslip sa mga previous company BIR lang na provide, last employer ko for 2 years nag close na and for my current employer kaya ko kumuha ng payslip at iadd sa documents ko. Ano pwede isubsitute para sa last employer ko? Pwede mga SSS contributions?

Thank you po sa makaka bigay ng suggestions or answers.

Yes, for 2nd payment evidence type, you can use SSS/Pagibig contributions.

I don’t quite understand your question. If section 2 it will be lower than a degree unless you’ve got PRC. Follow what ACS is recommending otherwise you’ll get a negative outcome.

Yes, for 2nd payment evidence type, you can use SSS/Pagibig contributions.

If I understand your question correctly, if accepted yung RPL mo, you will get minimum points for visa application on the experience section (5 in my case). So I had to compensate on other aspects like superior english exam to increase my total points. in my case, I had to submit an RPL because my degree was different from the skill/anzsco code I was applying for.

You can also opt to use SSS (Employment History, Contributions) and PAG IBIG contributions as they clearly mentioned the company named there. Though counted as one payment evidence lang ito.

You can try sa FOI website for ITR pero most people I know were not successful dito as BIR does not keep physical records for long.

I was able to request payslips with one of my previous employers, maybe still try to request hoping they have digital records saved.

Strict sa guidelines ang ACS so make sure you follow the instructions carefully and check your document thoroughly. Good luck!

For salary credit transactions po sa bank ask for a credit memo instead of a bank statement. Yun po yung ginamit ko and positive naman yung results. Included po yung name nung employer dun. In my case, yung credit memo po for the current month nakuha ko agad pagkarequest ko. Pero yung transaction from 4 years ago nagrequest pa sila main branch ng copies. Took around a week bago po nakuha.

Hello - Question lang po. Nagpunta po kasi ako kanina sa BPI bank and sabi nila bank statement and certificate lang maippprovide nila. Pwede po ba malaman paano po ginawa niyo to request credit memo?

Good Day! I have submitted an ACS skills assessment for analyst programmer pero I got rejected with the letter saying

Your skills have been assessed to be unsuitable for migration under ANZSCO Code 261311 (Analyst
Programmer).
You have been assessed as not meeting the requirements for professional information technology
experience of four (4) years in a field closely related to your nominated skilled occupation.

For context, I have worked for 1.7 years as a Data Scientist and 2.1 years as a Machine Learning Engineer. I have a degree in Computer Engineering.

What would be the appropriate next steps for me? Should I submit a review and change ANZSCO codes? If so, what would be the appropriate ANZSCO code for me? I thought that Analyst Programmer was the closes to my role since there are still no roles relating to Data Science in the occupation list.

My roles and responsibilities include:

Developing Machine Learning Models
Optimizing workflows and technology stacks
Analysing datasets and creating data visualizations.

Ok lang yan. Mine had a different date format too, not the one prescribed by ACS. Pero positive assessment naman.

Basta andun lahat ng info na required nila.

Tingin ko mas pasok ka sa 261313 SOFTWARE ENGINEER or 261399 SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMERS NEC. Pwede yan both codes sa 189, 190 and 491.

Wala pa kasing specific for AI and Machine Learning na job code e.

Regarding their feedback though, it might not be related to the job code itself (or combination of both the job code and total assessable experience), clearly stated kasi na dapat daw 4yrs yung total assessable experience na isusubmit mo (1.7 + 2.1 = 3.8).

Probably because your school is not in Section 1 kaya need nila at least 4yrs? So, you need to complete that 4yrs first.
