I have a female friend offering a single room for rent in Sydney(Hurstville).


Availabiliy: Available now

Rent: $155
- Single occupancy
- 2 weeks advance deposit
- if couple (can be arrange)


Details:
- Female / filipino (preferred)
- Apartment is furnished (Fridge / Sofa / TV on the living room)
- the room for rent has a single bed.
- Location is about 650m (8mins walk) from Hurstville Train station.
- Walking distance to all amenities (8-12mins walk)


About Hurstville:
- about 20-25mins train to Sydney CBD by train
- Westfield Mall Hurstville / Cinema / Coles supermarket
- Chinese meat shop and veggies grocery
- Groceries (Asian)
- Seafood market/shops
- Asian restaurant and take away
- Banks / pharmacy / clinic,GP
- Centrelink / NRMA / Banks
- Filipino shop near Hurstville Train station.
- Hurstville train station is a major train station nad has express and limited stops.
- A lot of take away(take-out) shops around the area

    I will be relocating to Sydney soon.Probably last 2 weeks of may / 1st 2 weeks of June. Single Female professional. Is it ok to send pictures of the rooms (bedroom, bathroom, Living Area, Kitchen, etc). What are the amenities included. I have other prospects but would really prefer a filipino flatmate. Thanks!

    yung current price ($155) as far as i know pang isang tao.
    Kasi may single bed lang ang pag kakalam ko na existing na dun sa room.

    Kung couple kayo pwede kayo magsiksikan dun sa single bed hehehe...

    Pero I think iba price pag couple.
