Walang "renewal" sa ACS assessment, mag aapply ka talaga as in ng bagong skills assessment via their new process. Re-assessment lang, walang renewal.

Ahh, okay po. So re -assessment lang ang process ng ACS incase may bago sa employment ko and if there is any update on their process. One more thing po, sa pag create ng EOI incase multiple state mandatory na one EOI submission on EOI account.?

🙂But since ang payment evidence mo combination ng HP start & DXC ending, mag request ka sa DXC ng letter confirming the name change. Possible kasi na mag ask ang ACS about the company name change sa payment evidence na isasubmit mo. Para nakaready na kung hingin nila. 🙂 You can call their landline ask the HR dept email address or the person responsible for employment verification or baka available narin yung info na yan sa website nila. Prepare mo narin ang request mo include mo lahat ng details mo full name, job title, employment dates at HP/DXC, specify that you need confirmation of the company name change for skills assessment.

Ang ginawa ko sakin, letter from HR Accounting lang stating na sa Bank Account Number na yun talaga nila dineposit salary ko (with bank details etc) and letter from BDO confirming that I opened the account with them from date (matching my work start month for that employer). Okay naman assessment ko. Hindi ko na ipinanotarize both letters. Pero may contact details doon sa letters mismo in case need nila iverify. Naka address din sa ACS yung letters.

I agree with @mathilde9. 🙂👍 Need lang kasi makita ni assessor ang connection o related ang mga isasubmit mo since the bank statements doesn’t show employer name. If it’s possible to supplement more pay evidence like ITRs, payslips, SSS push mo narin. 😊

Hello, good evening magtatanong lang po. Regarding ACS results at kung ano ang dapat ilagay sa EOI for employment history, mejo confusing lang kasi when it comes sa dates. This is for my husband. Please see information below:

    ACS Results: Positive

The following employment after **06 June 2018 **is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled
level and relevant to ANZSCO Code 262113 (Systems Administrator).

    Dates: 06/16 - 03/17 - 0 year(s) 9 month(s)
    Position: Junior Systems Administrator
    Employer: ---
    Country: Outside Of Australia

    Dates: 03/17 - 02/24 - 6 year(s) 11 month(s)
    Position: Systems Administrator
    Employer: ----
    Country: Outside Of Australia

Yan po ba dapat namin ilagay rin sa DATE TO and DATE FROM sa employment history?

Please enlighten us! Maraming salamat po.

date deemed skilled is after 06 june 2018. so anything before that date, pwede mo pa din ilagay sa EOI but you have to put "no" dun sa is this employment related to the nominated occupation?.

anything after 06 june 2018, you will put "yes" since its after your date deemed skilled.

in your case, hahatiin mo yung second employment like this:

    Dates: 06/16 - 03/17
    Position: Junior Systems Administrator
    Employer: ---
    Country: Outside Of Australia
    NOT RELATED

    Dates: 03/17 - 06/18
    Position: Systems Administrator
    Employer: ----
    Country: Outside Of Australia
    NOT RELATED

    Dates: 06/18 - 02/24

Thank you po, ginawa ko po kasi is kung ano nasa results ng ACS niya, yun nilagay ko sa EOIs niya then nag YES ako sa if related to the nominated occupation. In that case po pala, mababawasan points ng husband ko and need ko pala iupdate EOI and ROI sa states.

Ask ko lang din po, if still working on current position ang husband ko and same employer, okay lang naman po yun no? yung pang third: same employer and leave black sa end date?

Then matic EOI points po ay magaadjust?

@manifestingvisagrant - if still working sa current employer, leave the end date blank. the system will automatically handle the points count moving forward.

dun sa dates, reflect mo sa EOI yung start and end date nya talaga sa company or kung ano man naka-indicate na dates sa reference nya.

Hi po Ms. @casssie! Magtatanong lang po ulit, we are about to submit ROI sa NT, and this is one of the documents need to be submitted:

Verifiable evidence of full-time employment in your nominated occupation for at least 2 years out of the last 5 years (for some occupations under the Priority Occupation Stream, additional years of experience may be required).

Does it mean, na yung occupation lang na deemed skilled (after June 6, 2018) ang isusubmit ko na documents? No need na po yung mga previous employment na nilagay ko sa EOI na not related?

FOR EOI naman po. If yes, nakaindicate po ba yan sa Certificate of Graduation or completion niyo?

One of the requirements din kasi ni NT, please see below:

Clear colour copies of your letters of completion that include:
the date the course started and ended
whether you did any distance learning
    the date of course completion
the location of the campus where you studied
whether you studied full-time or part-time.

Thank you!! Need help, mejo confusing po talaga!

    the date of course completion
the location of the campus where you studied
whether you studied full-time or part-time.

Thank you!!

re education history, kung walang date of admission, some people here nag backtrack ng 4 yrs (kung 4-yr course) from date of graduation.

Hi po Ms.

Thank you so much! How about po sa experience niyo? With course start date?

Another question po, kung nilagay ko not relevant ang past 2 employers ng husband ko since hindi siya counted dun sa deemed skilled based sa ACS, does that mean po hindi na rin kasama yun kapag may hiningi na documents about past employers?

    Thank you po ulit!

yes, nagsubmit din kami for NSW. pero may admission date yung TOR namin.

you may opt to not submit documents para dun sa hindi na-assess positively. but if i were you, isasama ko pa din yun. whatever i submitted for my skills assessment, i submitted the same files when i got invited.

Hello, it's been a month since I requested for an employment reference to my 2 previous employers and I haven't receive any response from them even with consistent follow ups. I still have contact to my colleagues from my old employers. However, they're not in the company anymore. Any advice please? should I opt to go statutory declaration?

Hello po, I just have another question regarding statutory declaration. If yung gagawa ng stat dec ko is colleague ko na same level ko naman pero nauna akong pumasok sa company sa kanya though mas nauna naman ako umalis, iaaccept kaya sya ni ACS? Or need na yung colleague is na-witness yung pagpasok at pag-alis mo sa company? Need your advise po ulit. Thank you!

for our current employer, yes, we requested up to date documents.

when you get invited, most likely you will submit the same files you submitted for skills assessment + other supporting documents needed ni state. in our case, NSW required proof of residency of at least 6 months. so we provided bank statements and utility bills. take note mo na lang din yung mga specific requirements ng state na a-applyan nyo.

when we lodged our visa. kasi we got our ACS results around oct 2023. nung nag lodge kami ng nov 2023, we made sure to submit nov 2023 ref letters, payment evidences, etc. para lang to show and prove na currently working pa din kami dun sa sinabi naming current employer sa ACS.
