Hi mga kabayan, questions po after lodging application (19 November 2013).

Medicals for Primary and dependents.

I have a link saying Organise Health Examinations from our profile (not from email). So nagprint na po ako ng mga eMedical Referral Letters (yung may HAP ID/Barcode and details ng application) for all of us. Nakontak ko na po yung authorised clinic/hospital dito sa amin.

Here are my questions, is it required po ba nab hintayin ko pa na may CO na ma-assign sa kin na magask ng na magundergo ng medical OR I can do and complete Medical before a CO is assigned? Secondly, once na nacomplete po medical, may copy po na ibibigay yung clinic sa amin na pwede namin iscan and iattach/iupload sa application namin para complete requirement na kami? I know na yung clinic ang magsend sa Oz nung originals visa FedEx/UPS/DHL pero anong acknowledgement natin, is it from CO?

IELTS for secondary applicant

My wife’s IELTS exam will be on 18 January pa, iask po ba ng CO kung may IELTS and secondary dependent or automatic ba na pagbabayarin ako ng second instalment payment?

Hi @ruelcortez_BH,
I'll answer your questions based on my experience, so anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can go ahead with your medicals even without CO yet but keep in mind that this will affect you Initial Entry date of your visa, usually the IED is the expiry date of your NBI clearance or Medical whichever comes first. but if you plan on moving/visiting to AU as soon as you have your visa I suggest you do your medicals before CO Takes about a week or two for your medical results to be uploaded and No the clinic doesn't provide a copy of your results.

Instead of IELTS why not just get a 'Certification of English as Medium of Instruction' from your wife's school, most school in the PH already knows this and have a template, or if you still opt for IELTS you can inform your CO about your wife's IELTS exam. Most give adequate time and consideration for you to complete the requirements before they ask for the 2nd installment.

@rguez06 thanks v much sir for your detailed explanation...if granted we're planning to move naman in 4-6 months time (depends on the budget :-)) so ideally okay na siguro na magpamedical na kami.

Ask ko si misis na magrequest from her school, pwede po kaya by email or electronic kasi wala kami pinas but by mid-December bakasyon kami sana di abutan ng Christmas breaks...

IF I may, this depends talaga eh but lately parang mejo tumagal sya - ang amin before was 3 wks I guess may CO na kami... Basta TAT from lodgement of EOI to visa approval was 1.5 months lang.

This was Oct last yr...

It was year 2006 inde ko na maalala pasensya na .... but our application was processed like exactly 8 months .... ( Skilled Independent was 136 then) ...

CO instruction came around the 6th month ... submit the medicals after a month then another month for the VIsa grant

Ano dito yung IED Date? Is it the expiration of your NBI Clearance from the Phil or the Police Clearance from where you live (assuming that both expiration are one year from issuance) ?

It is not expiry rather it is one year after date of clearance and medicals; eto yung pagkaka-intindi ko...

Take note that sometime they would give IED with earlier dates that what we spoke of above.

@TasBurrfoot Thanks! If lucky, we intend to do our IED nearly 2015 so timing of the documents eh medyo important.

@ruelcortez_BH if I may add to what @rguez06 said on the request for certificate of medium of instruction in English, don't forget to upload her scanned colored copy/ certified true copy of her diploma. Based from experience, we were still requested for proof of functional english even when we front loaded the certificate of medium of instruction.

based on my experience.. parang dependent pa rin talaga sa decision ng CO.. yung NBI namin nakuha second week of December...then yung medical naming end of December.. noong nag grant yung visa naming.. IED naming ay January 17, 2014..... by that time.. expired na both yung NBI and medical namin...

if I were you I would not trouble myself and others on how would the CO would based your initial entry expiry, just comply with the additional document and be done with it, maski naman ano sabihin ng mga tao dito e inde natin mappredict ang decision nila

@kalamaysi , mas maganda kung iupload mo na. madali lang naman kumuha ng bank statement, punta ka lang sa branch ng bank mo at ipiprint nila yun oramismo. tapos yung TAX documents, magrequest ka lang ng ITR sa dati mong company.

Salamat @Sungsung. Yung first two employments ko kasi ay given to us as cash so hindi siya magrereflect sa bank statements ko, pero meron naman akong salary statements and employment certificate. Hindi rin ako permanent employee so walang ITR. Ngayon ay self employed ako, and I have the contracts with my clients and some of their cheque payments were deposited in our bank account. So should I get a bank statement for all of the years that I have been self employed at i-highlight ko nalang yung mga cash flows na natanggap ko for my work? Makakakuha kaya ako ng bank statement for the past 5 years from the bank?

if i may...IED mo will be before December 18, 2013...

this happened in my case... yung NBI clearance ko nakuha is july 22, 2013... then medicals is September...nung na-grant visa ko... IED is before july 22, 2013.

the IED is dependent on which document expires first...

Approved na po ung state sponsorship ko from WA. Tapos na rin po ako magbayad at magupload ng documents sa online.immi.gov.au. Ano po next steps?

Wala pa pong CO na naa-assign sa akin. May deadline po ba until submission of medical? Di ko pa alam saan or kung ano ipapamedical, wala pang CO na kumokontak e.

Pa-advise naman po. Salamat!

Hi @JayR27, congrats on your SS approval. Lapit ka na rin sa finish line. Wala pa rin akong CO, expect ko by end of January pa or early February magkakaron.

For the meantime, pwede mo na ayusin ang police clearance at medicals mo para before magkaCo, ok na lahat ng documents at visa approval na lang ang i-email sayo ni CO. hehe

Dko pa ulit nasisilip ang evisa page ko. Macheck nga baka required din samin yang form80.

Sorry kung prelodgement ata ang aking question.di kasi kami makapagproceed sa lodgement kasi madami kami questions. Hope you can help us po. Re are our questions :

1. What is our national identification card?do we have it here in the phil?
2. We do not have our baby's nso birth certificate yet thus, he has no passport pa. Can we still proceed with visa lodgment?how do we inform the co or the authority that we are still waiting for our baby's passport?baka kasi magkavisa na kami tapos di masama si baby sa application.
3. When do you usually pay for the visa fee? check ba yan?yun ba yung managers check?
4. Do we have to get our nbi clearance naba and medical?whats the process po for medical?where do we get the form etc.

Hi @kremitz, I will try to answer your questions.

1. Madami pong national ID sa pinas, SSS, Voter's ID, meron pa nga barangay ID.
2. Ok lang po kahit wala pa BC at passport si baby. After you lodge your visa, ayusin nyo kaagad. Kapag inayos nyo ang BC at passport ni baby now, before pa kayo magkaCO, marelease na yun.
3. You will need to pay the visa during visa lodgement. Cc or debit card ang payment.
4. Once you are done with the visa lodgement, pwede mo na magenerate yung sa medicals. Pero NBI clearance pwede ka na kumuha kahit di kp nagllodge ng visa.

Okay na ako sa lahat ng documents, medical na lang. Pwede ba magpa medical before assigned CO? per IMMI website, sila daw magadvise kung saan magpapamedical, at kung ano ung imemedical?

For police clearance, i've only secured NBI clearance. Sabi kasi sa website nila, NBI clearance daw ang required police clearance for PH.

Click and fill up mo lang ung organised your health link sa immi account mo and makakagenerate kna referral letter. Nandun na anong test required sau. Kahit saan pwede ka pamedical basta accredited nila.
