Hmmm... so ibig sabihin sa part ng online forms or form 80/1221 about dependents/non-migrating dependents, dapat ilalagay lang if ever is spouse and kids? Huwag yun mga brothers and sisters at baka hingan pa medical at police clearance?

Same po lahat ng benefits kasi pareho sila permanent resident visa. Difference lang is sa state sponsored, you have a moral obligation to live dun sa state (and work) for 2 years. Sa 175 kahit saan state ka, pwede.
