@Bjane We answered No and didn’t put anything since wala naman tayong National ID card sa Ph. However, if you don’t wanna leave it blank, you can use Birth Certificate number found in the NSO BC. You don’t have to put SSS and Pagibig numbers.

@bettyboop Just bring the license and the receipt with you all the time. Are you on PR Visa? If you are you’re only allowed to use it within 6mos from your initial entry since becoming a PR.
