marami nagsasabi, property investments ang ok dito sa Sydney. Sobrang bilis tumaas ng prices ng mga bahay. Yung Rouse Hill area before, around 450K lang daw jan ang mga bahay around 2008 (recession ata non)... Ngayon nasa 800K median price.. hehehe …
