@emcee rectify mo sa agent if need mo pa mag send ng form 1023 online naman kasi yang health declaration na yan which means kung ang ilalagay ng st. Lukes noon yan ang mkkta ng DHA kasi st Lukes ang magpapasa ng papel mo Hindi ikaw.

1 week lang ang napprocess every 2 weeks. So if tama calculations ko mga 3 weeks pa bago tumungtong ng janiary ang iprocess nila.
