@fgs ganun ba? kc ang sabi sa letter ng state, dpat within 3 mos. after visa grant e makapasok na kami sa state na ng sponsor....kaya gusto ko malaman if required din ba yun sa dependents....or pwede cla at a later date pumasok....kc nababasa ko yan…

@harin I agree...ok ka na sa 190 bkt ka pa mgse settle sa 457? Hehe..kumbaga permanent ka na e..magiging temporary pa.dpat pausad tyo nde paatras.hehe...who knows e baka makakuha ka rin nmn ng work agad...tska korek ka..my utang na loob tyo sa state…

@fgs you mean they can enter later after 3 months but before 1 year? So sakin as primary applicant lang ang required to.move in within 3 months? ..ok..one more question..acceptable ba sa immig ang letter or certification from school na instructions …

@jrgongon provisional po ang 489..after 2 years pwede na iapply as permanent resident, unlike 190 permanent agad...but if kapos ka sa points,pwede ka mgapply ng 489 kc plus 10 points agad.

@emboon sa pgkakaalam ko..kc my mga naiinvite namn na 60 points ang nakuha...bsta open yung profession mo.kc yung iba ang tagal ng waiting period nla kc nde available yung skills.perp sympre check mo rin requirements ng state.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko po sa rules nla e you need to stay for at least 2 years with at least 1 yr full time job...since kakaland nyo lng ng 2015,you still need to satisfy the immig or state that you have been looking for the job from that 2 yr period …

@Frances16 actually you can combine the 2 results depending on the requirement of your profession...like in the case of nurses...also in some countries, they can now accept combination of ielts result.
