Hello @sushimarie. ITR copies are filed in BIR and given to the employee every year. SSS contributions can be viewed online, given that you have an account. You may also request for a printed copy of your contributions from an SSS office.

Baka na-overlook yun medical result mo @dy3p? Re: evidences of employment, nag-provide pa rin ako ng mga documents kahit di ako mag-claim ng points. Sa pagkakaalam ko, lahat ng employment history (whether you are claiming or not) titignan ni DIBP.
