@zballesteros iuupload mo ang passport size photo sa “Other Documents” tapos others (specify) hanapin niyo yung Photograph at doon niyo iupload. Sa medical referral letter, no need na ng photo kasi doon kayo kukunan ng picture pag pa medical niyo.
