@keziahsiscar This is a case to case basis and highly depends on your CO. Others got their DG without uploading form 80, while some were asked by their CO to upload form 80. there's no clear pattern on this one.

@nedz kung nainvite ka na, just fill up the form 1023 to inform CO regarding correction. If recently lang ung changes, form 1022 need mo sagutan. If hindi pa ka pa invited, just update your EOI.
