@shyla_guccis - if i was on that same situation, i will ask the bank bakit kulang.. or maybe you were not aware na may fee/charge ung transfer of a certain percentage. Sila lang kasi ung makakatulong sayo. So inquire kung san ka nagpadala ng pera.
