Hey Everyone! Admin here, It's a bit overdue but I will be migrating our forum site to a new platform for better security. I will take out all the ads as well as these pesky spammers. Please expect a bit of issues here and there, and will slowly move the features to the new one. Don't worry we are very much alive and will be alive as long as I'm here :)

@jtm unfortunately engineers are not on their list for general migration.

@Potchitochi unfortunately you need to satisfy both primary and secondary documents. I’ve had clients who struggle too but we won’t submit the application until they comply since we know that if we do, negative yung outcome so waste of money on the …
@Potchitochi sss is an alternative if you can’t present ITR. The thing with EA assessments, they require primary and secondary documents to be supplied but they do provide options anyway.
Have a look at page 25 of the guideline

@Admin @pseudony i think you need to read the house rules here as I could see you just joined in March. Being rude is not at all tolerated here. Though your preference as to which info you’d like to take in is highly respected, there is no need for …
@ray1188 I only referred to the last 10 years Work experience for claiming points which isn’t required when using partner points. Like I noted there was no mention of occupation earlier so hard to provide an accurate response. With skills assessment…
@ray1188 experience within the last 10 years will be considered so if it’s within this timeframe, it should be fine. Btw, there was no mention regarding the occupation. Usually if claiming 5 points from a partner, positive skills assessment lang and…
@pseudony what do you mean by tedious responsibilities required by RSEA? Just so you know, there’s no getting away with supplying documents na dapat mo I-provide if you do RSEA. When you lodge your visa application, you will have to provide the same…
@batman @ironman27 I agree with batman’s Comment (superheroes pala kayo hehe). The only additional comment is one can only claim maximum 15 points on skilled employment. 8 years experience is 15 not 30 points. Good luck!
@Hunter_08 @jamzy12 a more logical explanation is that the number of years they deduct is what they use to satisfy the suitability criteria as per Australian standards. So meaning even if you’ve completed your qualification yung first 2 years (or wh…
@engineer20 @bachelle if an employer is sponsoring you for a permanent visa then 189 nor 190 won’t be applicable to you. It would be 186 Visa subclass that you’d be applying for.
@bankshot15 you don’t need to seek a r view straight away. Ask for a further explanation as you don’t understand such decision since your average GWA is 1.9. See what they come back with.
@rafaelzita unfortunately, you won’t be able to claim Work experience as yet but I say you’re better if getting the process started than wait another 2 years to pursue your migration opportunities as no one knows how much more difficult or easier th…
@OzyCebuano she can nominate accountant as her occupation. Don’t even focus on contact centre agent as she won’t qualify as customer service manager and it’s not on the same list as software engineer. Accountant (general) is in MLTSSL as well.
@VirGlySyl this is getting too detailed now and honestly don’t have the brain and the time to understand everything over just a forum. I can only provide a general point of view as it takes so much more than just comments in this forum to understand…
@gandara don’t worry too much about the date of submission of EOI, prioritise on getting higher points. Maaga nga yung date of submission pero mababa points compared to updating your EOI dahil tataas ang points...it will be silly if you choose not t…
@VirGlySyl technically, if you didn’t include the employment part during the skills assessment, you can still claim points for it and back it up with employment reference letter and pay evidences. The case officer will have to assess it. The problem…
@flexihopper18 you probably would need to ask a lawyer...my experties are limited to Australian immigration law only. You need someone knowledgeable in Philippine law as it has to do with your legal name.
@milktea13 why such in a rush? Submit the requirements for your visa application if the case officer requests for further docs, then just comply. So what if visa application has not been finalised according to your timeline? It’s all just a matter o…
