No dramas, literally you can nominate (and successfully get a visa) your skills as an auditor or IT programmer but then eventually decides to work as a clown... A lot of people decides to change career when they arrive here.

Mas mahal pala tubig when you own your own property na! From $100/quarter it shoot up to $250/quarter sa amin with roughly the same usage... This was due to several other charge not required when you are just renting!
