@luckygirl respall is an institution already. tagal na nila sa industry nato, kaya lang they are bit pricey. I think you can still find cheaper agency with same or better service. try scouting various agents then pili ka ng dabest.

@badidot welcome to the forum. yes, you must have your test results before you can calculate your points. You need to have an assessment first as well.
