@moonwitchbleu oo pag nagpa medicals mag fill up ka ng form 26 and 160 (for xray). nung nagpa medicals kami, nagdala na ako ng accomplished form 26 and 160, pero inask pa din ako mag fill up duon mismo ng form 26.

@solidjeff tinignan ko kasi sa visa conditions, NIL ang nakalagay, hindi tulad sa iba na may nakalagay na secondary may not enter without primary.. nag email na din ako kay CO, wait ko sagot niya.
