In my case, opened an ANZ account and started remitting money already para pagdating ko dun, may account na. Plus, I think it is safer than carrying that money in PH hehe.

yup, especially kung friends kayo at 2 bedroom ang kailangan hehe. kung 2 kasi kayo share ng bayad, paying the per person fee of hostels is almost the same amount as an airbnb place. Pero baka sinuwete lang ako at nakakita ako ng 2 bedroom place.

ang downside lang ng qantas, online booking is online reservation, and then you have to pay for it separately. But other than that, am ok with them.

a, nakabili na ako ng ticket ko several months ago hehe. I mentioned the PAL thing kasi you can only avail of the 50% thing if you go there this weekend, I think. It cannot be done online. So it might be an option for those In PH next week.

@RED Australia --> agree USA --> I think IT peeps have a better chance of landing a job in USA, but I prefer the culture in AU. USA is more materialistic while AU emphasizes health and family. Just my 2 cents.
